Had my rack and lat pulley arrive today. Took about 90 minutes to set up. The rack, for $699, is a lot better than expected. Easy to set up. Pulleys on lat pulley are very smooth, and feels sturdy. I’d give the rack a solid 8/10
Fantastic company; very transparent when the peak times during COVID and shipping delays.
Products are of high quality. Started buying equipment in April when they first opened, and still buying quality gym equipment.
Absolutely horrible. Worst customer service.
I ordered a power rack and ez curl bar in August and I was assured it would arrive by mid October...boy was I in for a show!
In November I started calling to see where the items were, fully understanding the delays due to COVID and I was completely fine with a little delay.
Every time I called them I got a different story of why it hasn't arrived and was told that it would be here next week.
Same thing happened every single week until today where after being told about 20 different stories and excuses, I finally decided that I want my money back.
Who knows if the rack and bar were even going to come.
Beware of delivery
I ordered a barbell and plates and was charged $66 for delivery. In this day and age that is primo delivery price. The bar was delivered late and without the plates. No explanation, no communication as to where the rest of my order was. I had to chase up the plates and they finally arrived but only after much stuffing about.
Terrible service, been 4 months and items have not been delivered
DO NOT buy your gear from Catch Fitness. I ordered a power rack in mid September last year and my order is yet to be delivered. Really hard to through to them by phone and there is no call back service. Few times I managed to get through, they said items were in their warehouse and will be shipped next week. They've been saying that since December. Every-time I check the estimates on their website, fulfilment is getting pushed down the track. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I logged a claim. I should've gone elsewhere.

I was burned by another company. I wasted months chasing my order and have been so reluctant to purchase fitness equipment again.
The catch team were excellent! My bar arrived two days after I bought. The sleeves have a nice spin, and the knurling is perfect for me.
There was some oil on the bar when it arrives, but I called the guys up and Julia explained that the oil is there to prevent rust in transit (damp conditions in shipping containers). Quick google search and the story checks out.
Anyhoo, I’m a happy customer!!
Useless, deceptive and incompetent
I placed an order on the 4th and 5th of October 2020 for multiple items to the value of thousands. The expected delivery dates ranged from currently in stock to late November. It is now 9th Jan 2021. To date, I have only received kettlebells. Items that I have still not received have been advertised as in stock. Every single time I have called, I got a different excuse. They refused to ship my initial two orders as they didn't want to charge me extra for shipping. I paid shipping for each individual order, why the dickens would I have to pay mo...re to get my items shipped?! They said they needed to wait for my final order to arrive (note - completely separate order in which I paid completely separate shipping for) before they could send any of my orders. I paid individual shipping for each order, I was given no valid explanation for why they shouldn't ship my first two orders. Each week they would promise it would be sent next week, or blame the ship broke down, it was turned away from the port, they were waiting on the courier, the courier picked it up, the courier didn't pick it up, catch themselves cancelled the order to wait and ship all orders together. Eventually they promised that the first two orders would be shipped on the 24th Dec. It was not shipped. I followed up, they promised it would be within the next few days. Again nothing, followed up again and they told me it's all here and ready to be collected by the courier. When it wasn't shipped as they said, I followed up again, they told me the courier were on holidays and were never picking orders up over that period? Does anyone have any frickin idea what's going on in this pathetic excuse for a company? I sent messages to their instagram and facebook, they told me to call them because they don't do call backs. I said I'd been trying to call them all morning, no one is answering (very common). Some other person then replied on fb to tell me actually, not all of my order is in stock, can I swap for a different type of item? If my heckin order was complete for so long and only awaiting courier pick up, how the dickens can you tell me the item is actually not in stock?! Secondly, if I hadn't of messaged their fb, I can only assume they would have sent out the incorrect stock because #no[removed]fridaysatcatchfitness or some crap. So I cracked a big poopy, and, believe it or not, they called me back. Which is weird, because they apparently can't do call backs. Somebody is telling me damn fibs, but they said oh I think you have misunderstood. No, fellow smooth brains, I think my order was never all present. My husband had placed a separate order prior for dumbbells and rack, they sent me the completely incorrect rack and missing dumbbells. I called on Friday, old love says no drama I can just organise a courier pick up and email you forms for return (at no cost to me). I asked if this could be completed the day I called, and asked her to check that the item I had ordered was in stock. No problem at all, old love reckons. Lo and behold, it is now Saturday and I am yet to receive anything from them. So I called, contemplating whether I should request that they take me out to dinner before they make promises and ghost me. Another old love answers, she reckons no, there's no record of my call yesterday. And no, she can't get that done today. Fine mate, send me an email outlining what we have discussed today please. I asked her to please do this while I was on the phone, because after months of this crap I now have trust issues that supersede my already enormous ones. No can do she reckons, can't send emails while on the phone. I wonder if she's sporting my grandmas computer, complete with windows 97 and dial up internet. Fine, call me back when you've done it please, sure she reckons. Alas, no email, no call, and they are now shut for the whole weekend. They assure me all of my orders will be dispatched 14-15th January. If I wanted to waste my time and money this badly I'd return to the cesspit that is the dating pool in my age group. More to come. Not holding my breath.
They have no respect to the customer
I placed my order at the end of JULY which was meant to arrive mid September. MOST of it arrived in Early November. And I am still waiting for parts of my order to arrive. From last week they don't answer phone calls and they they don't respond to theirs emails. Definitely 5 star for quality of commercial grade power rack, bumper plate, 6 BEARING OLYMPIC Barbell, BENCH which is quite reasonable for the the price you pay. Please don't buy interstate.

Unable to contact, no delivery for most products
I was supposed to receive delivery for all my goods last year, spent approx. 7-8k with them. I ordered;
Dumbbells 15 to 50kg
Olympic plates - 300kg
So far I have received only the flat bench, half rack and some of the dumbbells and am unable to reach them/not receiving emails back from them for my queries. ...I understand sometimes things don't go to plan, but 0 communication at all is a real pain in the ass. Get it together guys and give me a call.
Early pick up
Called up before I made an order because I was worried about a couple of these reviews. These guys were excellent. Julie on the phone mentioned they had a couple challenges with shipping last year but the worst is over.
I start work early, so the team agreed to open up early for a pick up for me. I grabbed a 15kg Oly bar and a full set of competition plates. Haven’t looked at my bar yet, but the one in the showroom looked great, and my plates are exceptional. I’m surprised at how good they are for the price. Thanks team
All in one trainer
Bought the all in one trainer when it was in stock. Took about ten days to arrive. Got home one day to a crate the size of a Ute tray in my drive way. Took a couple hours to assemble, but end product is great. Wish they had more attachments, but pretty good for $3K.
Shipping was expensive but I contacted the guys and they helped out

I placed my order online on 30 Dec and immediately regretted it after I looked at the reviews posted on this forum. I got in contact with them via their direct messenger and by 10am on New Years eve I was in their warehouse in Milperra filling my van with my new gym equipment.
They are a reputable company, they have just struggled with their shipping due to COVID.
Their warehouse was stocked full!
Pre-ordered items in Aug for Oct delivery. Failed to deliver. I contacted them and was told November. Failed to deliver. Was told that I could upgrade an item that was delayed and would have my delivery in Dec. Failed to deliver whole order. Delivered some and I had to follow up and got another delivery 2 weeks later. I'm continually told "We should have it in a couple of weeks". Still missing a powerrack and told to be patient. They have a weak supply chain for an item to still be unavailable for 5 months.
Their website pricing is lik...ely in breach of the ACCC for misleading advertising and two-price comparison advertising. They advertise a was price and a now discounted price that hasn't changed in 9 months. This misleading if products have not been sold at the specified 'before' or 'strike through' prices in a reasonable period immediately before the sale commences.
Terrible company run by an absolute chancer
Do not buy from here, find anywhere else and pay slightly more for something that is in stock and doesn't look like it was welded by a first year apprentice.
Purchased Commercial Power Rack, bumper weight plates and extras with a 6-8 week delivery timeframe in June 2020. Asked to pay additional shipping fee to my location interstate which was due to a mistake on their behalf, but I begrudgingly paid as the item was due in 3 weeks and nowhere else had stock. Arrival date then changed 4 times and I received the shipment 3 months after the due da...te. Blatantly misleading. Products arrived faulty with pieces missing and not as described. Power Rack is on a significant slant due to the posts being uneven. Photos attached and full list of defects and issues below. After a month of emails stating that "a replacement rack is being organised", while completely ignoring the many other issues, I gave up and proposed a compensation refund to 25% of what I had paid so I could get a welder to fix the rack and to source the missing items myself. The owner declined this and told me to post the rack back if I wanted a refund. The shipping cost to do this would be at least $400 which I would have to front initially and I have zero trust in the company to fulfil a refund when I'm still waiting on a couple of missing bolts from 2 months ago. Not a single apology for the past 7 months of the worst customer service I have ever received. Faulty products: - Namely, two of the posts are not level making the whole rack uneven and not safe or fit for its purpose. I’ve spent hours trying to rearrange the pieces of the frame but it is continually on a slant by a significant margin and totally unsafe for its intended use.
