already included $150 delivery fee). Due to this change in price I had to cancel and I’m still waiting for my refund(5 days later, including weekend and P/H). Mind you, their website still shows $150 delivery fee so they’re still capitalising on their known falsely advertised delivery fee.

As a result of them mucking me about, I missed out on all their competitors Easter sales.

SKIPPING ROPES FREIGHT MORE EXPENSIVE THEN THE PRODUCT – After ordering 10 skipping ropes at an advertised discount. I then was charged excessive freight $64 to send 10 small light ropes to me. $400) They had $29 olympic bars but I opted for the heavier duty one because it was black to match the ezy curl bar. olympic ezy curl bar for $59 (saved $100 from memory) 150kg worth of weight plates for $270 The quoted postage was insane at $1000 from Sydney to Newcastle, but they did email me to say they can try and get a cheaper quote. I decided to drive down and pick the items up myself. Placed order Thursday night and order was ready for pickup Friday, so I went and collected Saturday morning. I was half expecting the place to not even exist after reading some of these reviews, but it all went smooth. Turned up, guy waiting at roller door, went and got my order and i was loaded up and on my way 10 minutes later. Still can't believe how cheap the prices were, and the quality seems to be very good. Bench is very sturdy, bars are great, plates are a bit rough but for the price who cares. I wish i bought more stuff looking back.

I've just noticed they are upgrading their website, I'll be keeping an eye open for more deals and I won't hesitate to drive down and pick up more goodies.

Ordered 2k in equipment they said it was dispatched, never arrived and then shut down – I ordered Combo Benchpress, mats and weights plus a Olympic bar December 2022, they said that there was a busy delivery schedule and then never got back to me. there in June but the warehouse was closed down. Lots of reviews online from others so I feel like a fool for not looking before placing a large home gym order. Crazy thing is a bought and had delivered a Reverse Hyper machine which was legit and I love using.

I reached out to the new management but yet to hear back from them.

Don't believe them – A purported representative from catch fitness says they are under new management. However, they never answer their phones, reply to emails or messages, update their website or social media update as to their new physical location. experience I reported Catch Fitness to the ACCC, NSW Fair Trading, Scamwatch, Zendesk. The site is still operational, still taking innocent people's money, offering goods and services which won't be fulfilled. A new email from Catch responded which asked for personal banking details which we will never provide. An alternate option was offered and has been ignored. We won't stop until this is resolved and the full amount of our refund returned.

havent heard back. No address, no contact number, just a generic email. These [Content Removed] are fleecing people in broad daylight. I suggest filing complaints and reports ASAP, including contacting your bank to dispute the transaction. These [Content Removed] will learn the hard way. Don't buy, seller dissappeared and not responding to the customer – Pre-ordered an item September 2022 and have followed up multiple times and different excuses are given every time. Disappeared and not responding – This company has done a runner with people's money and is still selling items online. available in a few weeks from then. Arrival dates were then shifted several times following email queries from myself, with very very delayed replies. However, I haven't heard from Catch Fitness since Mar23 despite many attempts, and it seems they have disappeared into the ether.

They are completely uncontactable, via email, phone, social media, and on-line web chat. They have also evacuated their site at Milperra.

Their website is active, and they're still happy to fraudulently take your money without any supply of goods, and without any communication at all. But you will still receive automatically generated post-sales emails, making you think this website is legit, but it definitely is not.

There seems to be some customers that might be receiving some goods, somehow. Though the whereabouts of Catch Fitness is still uncertain. The nefarious owners could at least update all of their disappointed and worried customer base by updating social media (Facebook or Instagram, and there haven't been any posts since Dec 22 though, which isn't a good sign). It seems that the Catch Fitness owners choose to cowardly remain in the dark, and not deal with whatever problem they have in a fair and open way. It seems they are far from professional, certainly amateurish and incompetent, and probably [Content Removed]

So it seems the 'lights are on, but no one is at home' at Catch Fitness. They obviously have no conscience at all, and I don't know how they sleep at night [Content Removed] everyone's money, and leaving their customers worried, apprehensive, and out-of-pocket. Everyone works hard to get their money to buy their gym equipment, and there is nothing worse than the feeling of being ripped off, as has been wilfully perpetrated by this group of scumbag individuals.

To sum it up, if you deal with Catch Fitness, you may as well say goodbye to your money.

as there were others also...... ! It is now the 27th June 2023 and we still have not received a refund, phone lines are down and emails and messages to Catch fitness get ignored. We are so disappointed as we supported Catch previously with over 20k in orders to keep local. Stay away!

No refund and uncontactable – I purchased some dumbbells in december of last year. There was an issue with my order and some of the items I purchased were in fact out of stock. I was prepared to wait until the stock came in and I was told that would be February/March, then April/May then June. I've lost faith they'll ever arrive and have been seeking a refund for a number of weeks. So far the emails I have sent have been ignored.
