Purchased rugby jersey from Canterbury website. Assumed original article ie manufactured in NZ and the price tag indicated was an original. Arrived as promised, looked at label, Made in China! Nowhere on their website did it state garment was made in China. At $112, id certainly not pay that for a chine manufactured product.

Returned a product and used express postage at my expense. Item was received by them as per tracking receipt. Have not been reimbursed. Will never use company again. Will never recommend.

No delivery, No communication, Will NOT use again – I ordered 2 weeks ago, no communication, no delivery, have spoken to chat and customer service over 6 times who were polite but very unhelpful and they unable to do anything except 'check with the warehouse". consistently getting these reviews and yet does nothing to correct processes. Do not blame the christmas rush. I ordered well before and a company your size has contingency for such.

Avoid – Ordered 2 weeks ago. Still no dispatch. Difficult to contact with only a generic reply with no clear indication when I can expect to receive. Avoid.

Awful, no communication, can’t contact anyone – I wish I read these reviews first!!!!!!! They took the money of course but then no updates and no responses to email. I bombarded them and then they sent me an email saying it had been dispatched…. An email on the 6th December saying “You should receive your order on 5th December” Then the tracking number doesn’t exist, or isn’t registered…. Meaning that they’re not actually dispatched. What a disgrace.

Don’t buy anything from Canterbury – Purchased three item more than a month ago however never received it. Complaint several times but nothing has been done to resolve the problem . Don’t buy anything bcoz there is no guarantee if you receive item. Hopeless customer service and hopeless warehouse operation team. Zero star

Terrible, you do not get your order paid for – Worst customer service, do not order from this company. Writing this review after contacting them to try and resolve wrong order received on four separate occasions. Still not resolved, did not receive item I bought and paid for. They sent a completely different item, I would be happy to return it, but still waiting for response as to how to do this. They say they will respond in 2 to 3 days, never happens.

Never again – Do not buy online. I'm yet to receive a pair of shorts ordered 3 months ago. Courier confirmed lost I transit however CCC playing games and not refunding/replacing. They're customer service is disgusting.

Not what they used to be – I used to love Canterbury clothing but the quality has really gone down hill. Shorts now only last a few wears before pockets fall apart. No more Canterbury for me.

Many calls no refund/ product – I brought pants in September, received email stating they were moving finally received product a month to 6 weeks later, they didn't fit my daughter so I rang them, because on the return slip they had sent with the pants had the old address and I sent the pants with a return postal bag. sorted today and told there is no record of the pants, today I finally got a call from Canterbury nz and I thought finally this is over but no the call was to state they could fine the pants

And the call was cold and all but said I was a liar.

So be concerned to make purchases here because returns are challenging, even just receiving the original item was hard. I told the last lady I spoke to that if they couldn't fill there orders correctly while moving they should not on taken orders she was unhappy with that but that would of been the right thing to do.

And I am still waiting for the refund I was told I would get in place of the order because it has been so long, I would be happy if they just gave me the pants, I have paid to return and a postal pack to send them back in and nothing.
