Made me sick whole night and whole day – I got nauseous, vomiting, shortness of breath, trembling, diarrhea. Still feeling sick. It's terrible and very high dose of 2000mg. Recommended to have 2 tablets, but I think 2 is a lot. I felt like I was having a food poisoning.

Waste of money! Doesn’t work – Have taken these on a few occasions including taking double doses and they did not make me tired at all - still had a broken sleep during the night! A waste of money for me.

I always come back to these – These seem to work really well for me when I can't get to sleep. In a particularly sleepless time for me, I went to the doctor and she prescribed some expensive melatonin tablets which didn't work at all. I got some of these and they work. Sometimes I try something new but I always come back to these in the end.

to feel irritable and slightly nauseous. Around 10pm, I actually contemplated sticking my fingers down my throat to try get rid of anything left of the tablet. Around 2am, after hours of tossing and turning, switching between hot and cold feeling cranky and exhausted, I finally got about an hours non-peaceful sleep. By 5am I had already puked twice and continued to until around 12noon, when the nausea finally subsided enough for me to get an hours rest.

It is now 5.15pm and while I am still nauseous, it is slightly bearable.

I have barely left my bed all day, and my Big Day and Night out has been ruined, all because I was stupid enough to try one last time for a decent nights sleep. The tablets are still well and truly In-Date, and have always been stored according to instructions.

Will be investigating further as to why this has happened to me (when I can actually get out bed that is).

This is the best thing outside of harmful prescription sleep medications – I've been using this product on and off for many years. One capsule usually knocks me out until around 4am, when the anxiety about the coming day's abuse (I work in IT, be nicer to us please, without us you don't get anything done). 2 capsules as the bottle describes does the same but until about 6am. The only issue I have is after a few days it can have a cumulative effect in the body, and make you drowsy during the day.

works..but beware..can make you hooked on – i have been using this product for almost 5 months, it was putting me to sleep..had 1 capsule half an hr after dinner..but made me gain weight,sluggish during the day..so i decided to STOP..took me almost 1 month to normalize.

I fall asleep faster stay asleep longer and then if I wake able to go back to sleep quickly. I now consistently achieve more than 7 hours sleep when before was lucky to get 5 hours.

Calming & Effective – Really good if you struggle for hours to fall asleep. Ive never noticed the smell- they are quite large but down them with some water and it's fine- they're coated.

Wonderful Sedative for Restless Dog – My 13 y.o. dog started showing symptoms of Canine Cognitive Dysfunction (Alzheimers in Dogs) evidenced by pacing at night, and sleeplessness. 2000mg which are much stronger than your average valerian tablet which is about 450mg. They have worked well and she now sleeps through the night without waking up the household with her pacing. I prick the top and squeeze the thick liquid (beeswax and herb) onto a small portion of food prior to bedtime.

love it – I took my first dosage three days ago and well I love them suffering from no sleep or little sleep for over 10 years has really been hard and well I have tried doctors pills before I needed something that wouldn't be addictive and well i finally found it. Keep up the good work and I will be buying them again let's me sleep easy pills are way to big

drowsiness is kicking in! Good night guys! Works for me after a few tries Capsules are so big! Also the smell is quite repulsive, everytime I open up the bottle I have to take a moment to try not to gag, very repulsive if you're in public because the stench is quite strong too.

Waste of time – I found Cenovis Sleep Easy to be a complete waste of time. They did not make a difference to sleeping pattern at all. I would definitely not recommend buying this product. After taking two before bed, I still tossed and turned for hours before falling asleep and the sleep I did have was not improved. Expensive, ineffective, huge hard-to-swallow capsules that taste terrible.

Easy Sleep - Genovis – Very disappointing. It made not one iota of difference to my sleep pattern despite trying it over three successive nights. This is not a product I would purchase again and have already shelved the remainder of the bottle to the back of the medicine cabinet. It may of course have different effects on various individuals but from my perspective was a complete waste of money. It doesn't work.

Good – These sleeping aids are great products because you do not suffer the side affects of sleeping pills where you wake up in the morning still half asleep. They are not addictive but depending on your state of mind, you can override any affect if you are very stressed out or have over slept the night before. to destress and and aiding sleep. Taking a couple around 1 hours before you would go to bed is recommended so that they take time to work. Insufficient number of capsules for the price. Herron sell 100 capsule bottles for about the same price. You might find yourself having to take 2 or more for them to have an affect.
