straight after breakfast and it's been fine. Some people also noted tablets are quite large. Lol, you should try swallow Swisse multi vitamins! I wouldn't say Centrum are large at all.

I've noticed I pee yellow all day long now and have alot more energy.. which is absolutely fantastic!! I sweat alot at work as a labourer in very hot conditions and despite a healthy diet I dare say I'd been sweating alot of vitamins out and just getting depleted every day. Been feeling good even after work now whearas I used to collapse on the couch and hope nobody would talk to me because my brain just felt it didn't have the energy to even think straight. Thanks Centrum!

PS, I've also noticed I'm not getting tongue ulcers for the time being.. not yet sure if this is unrelated but it could be due to extra nutrients. Time will tell

US board certified neurologist. Please dont try this American brand.... It has a very artificial flavor to it as well. Always a peeve of mine that pill bottles dont mention all active and inactive ingredients.

Great results & value for money – I have used many vitamins and minerals over the years! Many are over priced with questionable ingredients. I find Centrum to be a simple formula of key ingredients at an affordable price and from Pfizer a quality pharmaceutical company. I use men's 50+ and the results are noticeable for me. Show details

Centrum for Men works well for me – I have taken one tablet a day for the last month and it works well for me. I feel better knowing I am getting important vitamins and i have noticed a small boost in my energy levels. I will note that these tablets are quite large. Repeatedly no answer to question – I have asked the same question 7 times - still no answer. I am concerned about the different levels of blue colour (E132 & E171) - please read about them. working for me :) – I honestly think these tablets have improved the way I feel. I am menopausal and have had the 50 plus ones and I have felt a lot better since I started taking them 6 weeks ago. Could be my imagination but I have bought some for my son to see if they work for him (male ones)

giving me any false hope. All I can say is that immediately I started to feel more energetic and motivated. I can’t say it’s Centrum for sure, but there is no other immediately obvious reason why. Even if it’s a placebo, it’s done the trick as far as making me feel more alive! I feel good, and that’s all that matters really.

Awful – I took this vitamins and minerals supplement upon the direction of a doctor. The gray tablets are so huge that I almost choked on them at every trial. To take them in smaller pieces I tried to cut them without much success. So I gave up and shifted to another brand. Now I see that other people also had the same experience with the size and design of this Centrum tablet.

Macular degeneration and cataracts absent in a 75 year old – 75 years old no macular degeneration and no cataracts used centrum multivitamins tabs last 10 years amazing results supplements must work after all. Preventative measures are a bonus when you fall ill.

July 5th 2017 Update: Hair and nails improved with Centrum

I have been using Centrum for the last 6 months, and as well as my mouth ulcers disappearing completely, my nails have become very strong, and also the texture of my hair as well. This is definitely NOT a coincidence, as my nails were always brittle and weak, and now it is the opposite. It is obviously one of the vitamins in the multi-vitamin (Centrum) that is doing this. For years I have wanted stronger nails so I could grow them, and the same for my hair which is now thicker and more lustrous. I would recommend Centrum one hundred percent. Thanks so much.

This stuff is bad for you – The ingredients are the lowest possible quality available and are barely absorbed. The additives in it can be poisonous. It's garbage. Bought high quality brands with good forms of nutrients although it did cost more I feel 100% better. I highly recommend that anyone taking Centrum research the quality of it and see that no nutritionist actually recommends this.

Feel more energy – I've been using centrum for a few years now. Positive: It does give me more energy throughout the day. I think it's the cheapest multivitamin around. Negative: if I forgot to take it I felt weak and tired. One time I run out and forgot to buy for few days and I felt easily tired.

Not good – I have been taking these for (30+ ones) for 4 days and have had nothing but head aches from the day I took them, I thought these would make me feel better and I don't I just feel lousy! Waste of £7!

Pills WAY too big to swallow – My dietitian recommended I take a vitamin pill so I picked up Centrum at the grocery store. The only way I can swallow this horse pill is to cut it. As it has a protective coating, it is difficult to cut in half. My suggestion would be to make the pills smaller and recommend 2 tablets. Too big to swallow and gets stuck in my throat.

Excellent – I don't know whether it just the placebo effect, however when I take this supplement I find myself less likely to be sick in the winter time. However having said that it is not a supplement for the natural vitamins and minerals that one would find in real food Quite like the size, easier to swallow than Blackmores range, also no funny after taste as noted when one takes a Cenovis tablet Not enough folate - only 200 micrograms.

There is also many vitamins in levels which are completely ineffective. Eg 60mg of vitamin C, better off eating a qaurter of an orange. For some reason( beyond me) they have added hydrogenated palm oil, wonderful we would should all add trans fats to our diet if we want an early grave.

I note this product is made by Pfizer a major drug company that has brought us many wonderful products that after a short time on the market have been removed after serious life threatening side affects. Well you don't have to worry here as there will be absolutely no affects.

suggest keep looking! :) It's a got alot packed into one medium-sized tablet, easy to swallow, no horrible after-taste, available from most supermarkets & chemists.etc Low amounts of all the a-z ingredients, so don't really feel much different after taking them each day. Bit pricey considering they are pretty average.

Bad – After taking 100 caplets one should be able to see a difference, but i did'n't so i stopped. But it was recommended by my dietician. benefits because I stopped taking them shortly after buying a bottle. I'm sure that they have benefits in terms of the viatmins and minerals that they contain. I felt very lethargic taking these which might make them a good sleeping aid.

Good – I take one Centrum a day because it is a very good supplement to compensate for the way modern food is stripped of nutrients before being sold, but I also take other supplements because it is not enough on its own. basic vitamins (B, C & E) is not enough for daily intake, so you have to have separate supplements of them as well. However, the price is fair and it is not a rip off that those 3 vitamins are in low dosage in these pills.

Excellent – This is probably one of the best supplements I've ever had. I usually consume Centrum more regular when the winter's coming and the symptom of coughs/colds signaling. from their dietaries, they may not really require to take supplement like this. Complete formula with essential vitamins and minerals.. from A to Zinc. It also contains Folic Acid, antioxidants, Calsium, Iron and Selenium. One a day formula. The tablet is a bit large and difficult to swallow.

Good – I love having a vitamin product which contains selenium (which has been shown to improve immunity)so I don't need to try and find selenium from other products or through my diet. only thing that has changed in my routine. I work 12 hour shifts so there there are times when my diet isn't optimal and I rely on preprepared foods. Sometimes it's more important to scoff down a meal and get to work than counting my fruit and veggie intake. A mate of mine overseas notices the same thing when taking Centrum. The frequency and severity of colds over winter decreases while taking Centrum. It's not proof but it's interesting that we have the same anecdote about a product.

I've given it a rating of 4/5 because I can't prove Centrum is the one factor involved in us having fewer colds but I do think it's a good product with a wide range of vitamins and minerals at a reasonable price. My frequency of coughs, colds and sniffles in winter was diminished. Centrum contains selenium which many vitamin tablets don't. The user warning on the side of the bottle is thorough (though see Cons below). The warning on the bottle saying that "..are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years." could be in larger font. I'm sure some people wouldn't read the instructions that thoroughly and may well give them to children.

need vitamins in tablet form to supplement my diet. Good for you, no strong taste or foul odour. Pills are large so it can be hard to swallow sometimes

Excellent – Good second line multi. My wife takes them to keep her going buy mu main choice is Swisse Mens F1 Ultivite. I use this as a PM vitamin as it has some different (or less amounts) of vitamins than my regular Swisse Mens F1 Ultivite. Easy to swallow, from ePharmacy online. A nice adjunct for vitamin A and B. None really - possibly a little expensive($0.135 each)when you compare what's actually in the formula.

which can be hard to swallow but i guess you could just cut them in half. some people get mild side effects such as nausia from taking vitamin suppliments but these usually subside after a few days of taking them. read the label. have a great range of vitamins and minerals large and difficalt to swallow

Excellent – Great product!!! I have felt good using them compared with other products on the market. I would recommend them to anyone. Morty's vote is five thumbs up !!!!! Good combination of vitamins and minerals. Slow release and I have found that they stay in my system and are not "flushed" away like other multi vitamins.
