been in a wheelchair for the last 6 years and was hoping that this would help me. Unless you fill the jar up to the top, I won't be buying anymore nor will I recommend it.

No improved energy, no improved mental clarity, and no improvement in helping to improve ease of movement in my body. I shouldn't really be surprised, I suppose. but I was preoccupied looking at eBay on my phone. The ad continued, but it caught my attention and I didn't click on skip. I wrote all the ingredients on paper and reviewed them one by one. I looked up where it comes from, what it's made from, the nutrition value, sodium and sugar content.

All the ingredients seemed legit. It has low sodium and (I really don't remember this part) either low or zero sugar...I think it was zero? The details of what I found matched the jar and matched what was advertised.

I figured...why not? Give it a try. The taste is ok. I don't love it, but it's alright. I recommend mixing it with more water. I reuse those smaller plastic Coke bottles to drink it from. So far? I sleep through the night. My stomach feels better and I crave less. I doesn't mean I don't have cravings, because some days... Yeah I can eat a lot of junk. Mostly though, if I start to snack, it seems like my brain says, "Yeah. That's enough food/snacks. You're full. Do something else "

Some reviews are negative. I say give it at least 2 weeks up to a month. Give it time. If you are already in top shape and feel great, you're probably going to feel the same...good. This isn't an energy drink. So if you need an energy drink, get a Monster, coffee, or other brand. You can't try this once, say it sucks, and then give a trash review. ACTUALLY TRY IT. If after you've really given it a chance, then praise or trash it.

Ok, so the powder is fine, but it likes to clump while you add it to water. I fill my bottle halfway with water. I take a scoop and gently tap the powder using a funnel into the bottle. Fill the rest of the bottle with water. Cap it. Shake it. Drink it. You get used to the lemony strawberryish flavor quickly.

That's my review. I love it. It works for me.

Did not use due to gluten and bovine but also not happy to pay for return shipping – This product is not Gluten Free. Also alpha gal allergy or even vegans might be a consideration since there is a bovine element in the collagen. They do not have free returns. I have found that for me it doesn't work as well when I take it in the morning however and found the effects better for me when it can work through my system overnight. I am 71 and still employed!
