Loved bike for a short time until problems arose, dealers have kept bike for months on end and when given back still exact problem. Love features but can't enjoy riding it with check engine light always flashing. had 3 coils and plugs in 10000k. last dealer Dale Britton motorcycles refused to even look at it now and Falsey claim I was rude to their staff, saying I am not happy they had for 3 months and still the same is factual and not being rude! consider paying a little more and get something with backup that can fix it if something unfortunately goes wrong. Sad because I love the look of bike and it used to go so well. (waterpump, dashboard and now misfire/engine light it has spent as much time in shop as being used). Service guy once even said you get what you pay for, we sell these for people who cant afford a honda :-(

Perfect first bike – This bikes value for money is unmatched. The build quality ranges from good to great. Welds on the frame are of a high standard. Though there are cost saving parts, the bike operates and feels solid. At 40 years old, 6'2", 100kg, I found the 300NK comfortable to ride for over 2-3 hours at a time. The bike is so fun out in the tight twisty roads, it changes direction easy. The stock tyres are good, felt confident leaned over.

The performance of the motor is linear and predictable. No need to be in the perfect gear with a nice spread of torque through the rev range. Enough power to launch away from traffic at the lights and cruise at 110km/h+, but not enough to get you in trouble when you try to run before you can walk.

Though I will eventually get a larger bike for ergonomic reasons, the 300NK has already given me such good times out in the back roads. This bike has confirmed my addiction for motorbikes and I will always look fondly upon the rides we had together.

Purchased in for $5,490.

Great Learner Bike – I'm really happy with the bike so far. Really good bike for me to learn on, enough power but not so much as to make it difficult. If you're price conscious and want ABS on your bike (look up the statistics, you need it) this is a good choice. Edit: One year on and I'm loving the bike. It seems to be the perfect size for me. I mostly use it for commuting and never seem to lack power. I'm still learning so maybe one day I'll want something bigger but I haven't outgrown it yet.

Disclaimer: CFMoto offered $25 for fuel for this review. My opinion is objective but I would not have reviewed the bike otherwise. I updated this review as I was contacted and asked for an update however I was not offered any additional reward.

Purchased in for $5,190.
