I have a 2020 cforce 520, only has 22hrs on it. 113kms. I have owned since new.(Australia) It wont start, battery is at 12.8v drops to 10.3 while cranking. All fuses and relays are good, but fuel pump doesnt cycle when you push the yellow on/off button, fuel pump has 12v to it. Battery earth was connected to engine from factory, i moved it, fuel pump cycled,machine started and ran. But the next day same issue, moved the earth again but no difference? Any help would be appreciated
Flipped 2023 cf 500 now you turnnkey on lights and dash work butfuel pump dont turn on and starter does nothing when you push button.
Seem like our 2007 CF Moto 500 steers good then all the sudden while driving it gers hard to steer and pulls to the left? Any ideas?

what is the best battery for a cforce 500. I continue to have starting issues? The dealer said it was due to the plow usage and sold me a trickle charger . If it sits in my garage for a few hours without the trickle charger it wont start. I would like to get a good battery and start fresh. The cforce 500 is only 6 months old.
I have a 2021 cf moto 500 it starts and runs fine the belt is fine but sometimes when i put it into drive it doesnt move and i rev it and it slowly starts to move then i let off and drive as normal and it goes as if there was never anything wrong what would cause this?

I have a 2021 600 did the same thing, I replaced the starter silinoid after checking the battery, battery read 13v problem was battery read full till I cranked it over.so turned out it was the battery, as dumb as this sounds my 600 has 326 miles on it and it's on its 3rd battery. So I would make sure your battery is absolutely good under a load before you count it out. Hope this helps

What could be causing a drain on my battery when not in use? Dealer has changed battery several times claiming there is no electrical problem. However, after sitting for as little as one day, engine just cranks and cranks unto I give it some gas. Should not be happening with electronic ignition. Unhappy camper

Brought to a local mechanic near me that found problem almost immediately. I wasted mucho $$$ on batteries from dealer every time I brought to them saying “your battery is shot”. They said they ran diagnostics but found no issues. Hard to believe a supposed high end battery would keep dying like that.
My local mechanic found an electrical issue that was causing a drain on the battery. Haven’t had a problem since. That’s after having dealer just replacing battery every year at about $175 a pop. So 3 batteries in 2 years on a brand new 2020 Cforce 500.
Sometimes you just get what you pay for. A shame

My 2020 Cforce 500 keeps draining my battery. Dealer continues to blame “bad” battery and has replaced the original battery twice now at about $180 a pop. This is a fairly new machine that is now on its third battery. They claim they have run diagnostics and see no electrical problem. Talked me into a Yuasa battery tender to keep battery charged. Turns over fine when fully charged but after one day of non use, just cranks and cranks until I give it gas to finally turn it over, if at all. Should not be happening with electronic ignition. Have spoken to other ATV owners as well as mechanics and ALL have said “something ‘s not right, battery should not drain down like that, below cranking amps that quickly, if at all”. At wits end and with hunting season coming up I’m a little apprehensive about getting into the woods and getting stuck. Refuse to go back to original dealer. Any help appreciated
Please can someone help I have a 2015 cfmoto 550 when you change from 2wd to 4wd it goes in to gear but does stay displays it on screen shows your back to 2wd but it is still in 4wd gear

2021 cfmoto cforce 500s screen won't display what gear I'm in. How do I fix this
Maximum weight for two seats
200+kg easy, although you lose power. I am 90kg, drove around with my 80-100kg mates with 2012 500 no problem. On slow trails use low gear, also while climbing if you plan to overload it otherwise the belt goes boom.
My 2015 CFORCE 520 revs very high before moving off Do I change the plastic clutch sliders Heavier or Lighter to rectify this Cheers Michael
