CFMOTO 150NK

Nice little bike but the parts situation makes it miserable – brought my 150nk second hand, 4000kms, ran well for a few months, started to stall constantly etc but bikes are bikes they'll have problems. My main issue is CFMOTO's Aus setup. It's been 2 months since my bike made its way to the dealership and its simply a wait on parts. if its not in Australia (it won't be) they order it and wait weeks on weeks for stuff to arrive, few more weeks to install it because its a dealership. No one else will service it so you end up completely stuck for options, just settle in for a few months wait.
Just do the right thing and by anything else if you want your bike back on the road quickly when an issue arises. I'm at a 50/50 atm with the time I've ridden the bike vs the time its spent at a dealership waiting for parts.
Purchased in for $2,800.
Great bike but getting parts is a struggle – Bought bike brand new from cfmoto dealer just 2 years ago and now to get ordinary parts need to wait 3 months for shipped from China. Unbelievable. What would it be like after owning for 5 years, etc. I worry about buying another cfmoto given all parts supply handled same away. Great bike in itself and no issue with the actual dealer who have to source from same depot in Melbourne, but pity about the after sales parts management fail at cfmoto distribution.
Purchased in for $3,290.
When to change the oil filter and from where to get it in Sydney – I have cfmoto 150nk it has completed 7200 km. When should I change my oil filter? kindly help me with this. Where should I get the oil filter in Sydney?
Purchased in for $2,699.
Cheap, rides well – Hard to find parts but when you do they are usually pretty cheap. The front sprocket is the same as the CB125. Stock gearing is very short so I have increased the front sprocket up to 16t from 14t. I'll probably go a couple more. 6th gear is almost no different from 5th - quite annoying. The fairings are horrible to take off and back on. I have left them off.
I get around 300km to the tank before I fill up with 8.5L. Apparently has a 10L tank so I could push it further.
I bought it new and the dealer is very persistent I must have it serviced with them if I want to keep the warranty active.

Update: spent 5 months collecting dust at a dealership getting “fixed” under warranty. They brought it back from me because the process was so bad. Brought a Honda cb300r (like I should have to begin with). CFMOTO brand and it’s processes are unbelievably bad. Do. Not. Buy. One.
