utterly disappointing service – "CGU completely made me feel insecure and also feels like I have been throwing money in the gutter every month assuming I had public liability insurance to cover me in case of an accident. Customer teams deny their mistakes – terrible service. The CGU team put the misspelled wrong name down and left us no choice but the process the claim further. The team deny to apologies and blamed the mistake back on the customers, further indicating further instruction on how to deal with the mistakes. Absolutely disgusting – Recently had no choice but to deal with CGU regarding a dodgy plumber as they are his "insurer" . They were painfully slow to respond, the claims consultant was rude and spelled our address incorrect twice to slow our claim down. I would never use a joke of a company lime this. Show details

No Stars if it was possible - Aon and CGU should be avoided Consultant Insurers - nowhere to be found when needed – Go out of their way with the AFCA to block any claims after advertising misleadingly with Aon that you can go to the AFCA about their dreadful non-existent care for clients and desert you as soon as they can. Building left damaged and unstable after building was hit by cars for days – Have called multiple time after a call has crashed though our building leaving a hole and the building unstable and still nothing has been done to fix it!
