It’s not easy but it works – In 21 days I went from 67kg to 59kg. My regular headaches stopped and I had no feeling of bloating. It’s a really quick way to fit into old clothes in a short amount of time.

Who would have thought? It’s amazing! – I had reached an all-time high in weight, with a persistent and chronic cough (decades), increasing reflux and inflammatory pains throughout my body. It was time to do something about it (again). I decided to bite the bullet and do the Fat Loss Protocol. With a goal of 30 kilos to lose, I read the material and estimated it would take me 4 rounds of the Protocol to achieve my goal, taking me to July 2021. I have not yet completed Round 1 and am about to move into the food reintroduction phase to learn which foods are not good for me, but here’s the exciting thing - I have NO reflux, almost NO cough, greatly reduced pain in my hips AND a loss after two months of 11.5 kilos! It’s possible I could achieve my goal in 2 rounds! The App is easy to use, and the support from Admin and coaches is excellent, as is the feedback and extra learnings from being part of the Facebook Support Group. I cannot speak more highly of this protocol.

Great product! – I bought 3 packets of dehydrated chicken bone broth. I had been looking for bone broth that had “clean” ingredients and was portable for travel especially for single serves. This product fitted the bill exactly! It is delicious to drink and I know it is great for gut health. I also appreciated the quick response and delivery time.
Good company – First time user of this website & found it easy to navigate. The layout is good as is checkout. I only bought a pack of cinnamon, it was reasonably priced & delivered in a timely manner. I would recommend this site to all.

This protocol has changed my life – Changing Habits have a few protocols and learning forums for changing the way we view eating. I started with eliminating wheat from my diet - from the Whats with Wheat Program, which started to shed a few kilos, I then started the 4 phase fat protocol. The reading material is fantastic, there is so much information to share that gives you real confidence in the program. There is a facebook forum as well that you can join for peer and coach support during the program - which is a very key feature, as the sharing from others and support from the coaches really helps inspire you to keep going. You can lose around 10 kilos in 1 round of the program, assuming you are over weight in the first instance, however the key in this program is trying to understand what foods you body reacts to. I now listen to my body when i bloat and try to understand what i ate that may have caused the reaction. We are all different, and really understanding your gut is something i believe we all need to learn. When our guts are happy we are so much happier. I can't recommend this program or Changing Habits more highly.
