Overpriced – Took 16 yr old dog to this vet (we have used for past 3 years.) had his yearly vaccinations and well as our younger dog. He needed heart tablets, charged $153 for 50 days supply - total $630 for visit. Told I can buy further tablets online? was lovely, couldn’t fault her, BUT I always thought vets were there for the welfare of the animal , this one only seems to be trying to hit the Billionaire mark. As pensioners it’s a bit much to be charged $100 over net price for tablets to keep our elderly dog healthy. We wont be back

vet said my cat was 2 years old implying I was lying that say was a kitten – My cat was desexed in the morning I told the nurse my cat was 4 months old ..The vet insisted she was 2 years when I insisted I had the cat as a kitten the vet insisted that she inspected the teeth and the cat is 2 years old.. I brought in to the vet a video of my kitten with a date I got no apology And told the manager and vet were in a meeting for 2 hours so I had no one to resolve the issue I didn't like been made out a lair

Disgusting behaviour – Disgusting behaviour from one of their so called vets. Telling me my dog had a stroke and was fully blind and deaf. Then telling me to put her to sleep if she cant cope. Very unprofessional. Gave me some anxiety drugs for my dog to take and sent me on my way. I was distraught after this woman told me to put my dog to sleep. Sought a second opinion… Read more

and turned out my dog did not have a stroke and was not blind or deaf and had a life threatening ear infection that the vet at this clinic failed to find. I asked for a refund and they refused. They would not take responsibility for their actions. Highly immoral and unethical vet. Should be struck off!! Please do not trust this vet with your beloved pets
