Cheap Cleaning Sydney

No show, despite booking 2 weeks in advance. Hangs phone up on customer each time – Booked a carpet cleaning job with 2 weeks notice. Phone manner of staff was terrible - was put on hold for 10minutes, then was hung up on. I called back, as I try to give people a chance, maybe it was an accident they forgot about me on the line and hung up. called the office, again put on hold. The English speaking was very hard to understand - I was asked for my phone number, and then I was hung up on. I received no call back, and 1 hour later, still nobody showed up to clean the carpet. This is a rental move, and the last day with the keys to clean the apartment, so being left without a carpet cleaner has now cost me more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Cheap Cleaning Sydney to anybody. The service on the phone was bad, the lack of communication (if the cleaner was running late, I could understand, but I was told nothing) - but NO phone call received, NO email to keep in communication, nothing but left to stand there in an empty apartment waiting for no cleaner to arrive. A terrible experience.
