Honestly, everyone on here bitching and moaning about this company when they provide the service they say they do? Yeah, slow turn around. Who gives a d#mn.. I tried to get mine rushed but went for manual review.. oh well. They refunded me the express fee so I don't see an issue

I paid the extra $20 for the "express" service then got an email saying my check needs a manual review which could take 28 days. I would think if the check needed a manual review they could at least refund me the $20. And who knows if it did need a manual review?

Don't sign up to this company for anything. They take your money before you are able to process anything. No option but to input credit card details questionable interface despite options saying Apple/Android Pay available. Once paid, no receipt for backup or tax purposes. Details wrong on certificate, told to pay another $90 to correct. Still no receipt. Ticket closed. Do not use. Try reputable competitor.

I needed an urgent police check and this website came up - was skeptical at first due to bad reviews but it was really straight forward - was speaking with their livechat the whole time who helped guide me through the process. Got my check back within 5 minutes.

Sceptical at first, but issue solved with great ease – After having a little issue with the processing team, the Managing director rang to solve the issue. I'm glad to hear that this company cares about their customers and are willing to ease the application process.

The worst service they took my $$$ in August 2025 never told Mable I applied than told me in October Mable had been furnished my police clearance and now in December say my applications on hold and I need to pay again Scam and they donot do what they claim

Terrible service they got my name wrong and asked for the same documents again and again. Now they say it needs to be processed manually and I still receive email asking documents. I have been unemployed two years and my new job won’t wait any Longer

business. There is no option to delete your ID documents once uploaded if you change your mind before you get to the end and no cancel button once you've paid to get a refund. You're locked in. I would NEVER give a site like this all my ID documents intentionally as you have NO idea how secure the site is or if you place yourself at risk of identity theft by their data being hacked. Had I realised I would have gone to an official government website, such as Service NSW to get a police check. I couldn't care less how fast or slow they are at providing me with a police check. Not happy as I couldn't cancel the process once started - I could close down the webpage and not proceed with the application, but they'd still have my money and more importantly, my data!!

I wish I'd read the reviews before doing my application. I'm now out of pocket the application fee plus the $20 express fee after being told (like many others) that it's been sent for further review. Total scam as I 100% have a clean record and would not appear in any police data base. Not to mention I had a clear and successful police check just over 6mths ago.

We paid the express delivery. And instead got email after email stating they need more information, when every time I went back to complete it, it was fully complete. There is no one to call. 5 days later still no police check. Please Please do not use this forum.

First red flag was payment first. Then they say my signatures don't match. Now I'll be waiting an unknown amount of time. Do not use this website they are scammers.

what's really happening with my private information. They're now telling me cos it's out of their hands, it may take several weeks! They don't give any indication that this is a possibility in their advertising. Not happy Jan!

Paid for a police check and started it. Then closed it. When resuming the check it took me to the payment section again. They said I did not pay for it. Then I had to show them the receipt. What sort of business do they run? Hate to see how many people they have probably ripped off.

Absolute scam! I waited 3 weeks but there were discrepancies so I let it go. I submitted my husbands through this company with a 24 hour turnaround which cost extra only to be told it would take 15 days. He has a national security clearance so this is absolute garbage and a flat out lie. Will be reporting to the proper authorities because they’ve been caught out now.

Deceitful company – They take too long to process your application and at start of the process they tell you 1-2 days, the truth is it could take up 15 business working days. So be careful.

Absolutely terrible – Ridiculously slow. Submitted clearance request 5 business days ago. They are still fumbling and bumbling my request. One piece of ID was incorrect. It takes them 24+hrs to review and get back to you each and every time you have an issue. Now telling me that due to a "manual review" process, it may take 7-15 days for my clearance! Absolutely appalling company to deal with. Cannot even contact the via phone! -5 stars!

Giving a single star because this review platform does not allow ZERO – Giving a single star because this review board will not allow ZERO. Unprofessional, lazy, staff are unaware of industry standards and they charged me twice!!!! after promising a FULL REFUND. Staff are incompetent & unable to read English. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

is MARIA and Alias being MARY! Of which I have previously sent to Checked.Com. How is it only (1) document with Mary is such a big issue? I’ve provided numerous documents with middle name being Maria and as mentioned in my culture Mary or Maria are the same.

Perfectly good service – To be fair, the advertising is a bit misleading as it inferes you will get your results within an hour.. it is 1 business day. I submitted mine and received it 24 hours later and the company assisted with a refund (I accidentally paid twice) they also refunded $20 fast processing fee as my results took an hour or so over 1 day!. Good service and not sure why so many reviews are negative as it wasn't my experience.

They have no idea what they are doing – I am an Adopted person who previously held a Police Clearance. Do not use these cowboys – Dont use these cowboys, quick enough to take my cash for standard police check, no correspondence, left chasing my certificate one week after.

Avoid – Avoid this company as it lacks sense of security in dealing with this company. It ask for more documents than one need. I change to Australia post. I provide 2 prime ID details without uploading any documents, without taking stupid photo holding my ID. I get my certificate within 5 mins.

Slow, asking for far more ID than is needed – Paid for fast return - 1hour. That was 3 days and about 20 emails / texts ago. They ask for so much extra info, signatures... and then didn't like my signature which has to be digital and match the one done on paper from passport / drivers lic. Such a pain in the .... slow, asking for far more info than the nsw police do for the same thing. I would never use them again.
