Only gave a star because you have to. I am a single person who doesn’t often cook, so this oven was not used often. This is the worst oven ever. The timer stopped working only a few months after purchase. One of the elements stopped working less than a year later. The oven itself takes hours to cook, literally. The griller doesn’t work unless the knob is in the exact right spot for it to turn on. Do not waste your money!

Waste of money never again!! Disgusting product – Absolute waste of money I should have done more homework. The grill is absolutely useless as you cannot pull far enough out to put food on grill plate. As soon as you slide it out it falls out on the floor and no adjustment just one setting. I have only had product for 2 weeks and the white circles around the bottom left hand hotplate have started to rub off?? How does this happen on a new stove which cost me $1250?? Chef you should be ashamed of yourself and sack your pathetic designers. I am not going to give up on this and keep shaming you for such a degusting useless product! Will be approaching consumer affairs on my rights on this! Pathetic!!!

Purchased in at Betta electrical cairns for $1,250.
