Plastic Switch of poor quality – Similar to the other review here, I've found the plastic control panel/ slider located of the rangehood of a very poor quality. The plastic became brittle and broke. It seems the heat is too much for it. I've had to replace it and paid around $100 (spare part plus shipping). Show details

Extremely poor product!!!! – I have had this product fail on me 3 times in the space of 10 months. The plastic control panel/ slider located on the underside of the rangehood is made of a poor quality plastic that becomes brittle and cracks over time. It's not able to withstand the high temperatures coming from the stove. I've had it replaced again and again and each time… Read more

it has broken in its own unique way.

Customer service was not much better. I was not offered any real compensation for this product. All they offered was to continue replacing the same plastic even though they are fully aware that this plastic is no good.

I highly recommend against this rangehood. DO NOT BUY!!!
