I m purchasing my cherry tiggo 4 hybrid .The date is 21 May 2026. My car first service scheduled for 18 June 2026. I m visiting my cherry showroom of Goulburrn New south Wales 18 June 2026.After couple of minutes,my keys collected by the team.one of the receptionist told me that my car would be returned 2 pm.i received a call 11 am to say that your service was complete.i have reach my cherry show room in a couple of minutes.The receptionist said that your service could not completed today due to software issues with cherry.Recepitist gave another date:25 June 2026.i reached the cherry showroom on that date.The receptionist said that our cherry service could not today.i am extremely disappointed by this situation

Do not buy the car chery tiggo 4 pro Urban 2025 - The car drives well on 60km/h, but horrible when driving on 105-110km/h. It is a death trap on highway. the car care service is nothing to write home about, group of scams like service - they are unreachable. Very poor customer service, booking car in for service is 4 weeks ahead - poor management. The car has been assessed by technician that reports that the car is undrivable at 100km/h. The wheel may pull off at higher speed. it poses a threat to the driver and other road users. Other road users should watch out for chery tiggo 4 pro for potential danger.
