the clothes washing through the see through lid..lol. I see other users have issues with their machines, but touch wood, mine is fabulous.

At first it worked ok... But there's big problems with the filter design, you wouldn't believe the gunk it builds up because of it.....and I've had to claim on warranty to fix issues twice. Show details

Wouldn't recommend at all! – Wish I'd seen the previous reviews before I purchased. As with a few others, first time I used the machine, it flooded my laundry & kitchen. professionals) Now, after only 15 months, it's decided not to fill up at all. The water won't go into the machine! There are no error codes to even troubleshoot it. Seriously. Not happy at all. I have a toddler and need a working machine. Would not recommend at all.

Don't waste your money, low quality machine and even lower customer service – The worst washing machine I have ever bought. I don't know why the people in the shop convinced me to buy it. installed it at home I found that it was impractical because when I put the soap and conditioner into the machine it sent everything out at once. For my gentle clothes I never put on a spin cycle, and I have the option to cancel it. This machine doesn't have the option with all the minuses that this machine has, in addition, my machine is less than a year old and has already broken down, the motherboard didn't even survive a year and they already knew the problem when I called the company. I don't have a copy of the receipt but this machine has only been in Australia for a few years. When I called the company the woman on the phone didn't want to serve me until I brought her the receipt even though she knows it's impossible for me to have this machine without a warranty because they are new in Australia. So not enough I have been given a low quality machine but the customer service was also disgraceful. Make yourself a favour and don't waste your time with this company.

Terrible machine – I do not recommend, technical issues since day 1, washing cycle started making a friction sound then E4 error had to call the company to send a tech….. it has been issue followed by issue and is only 2 months old. Show details

Flooded on first use – Highly recommend anyone with this machine use a MUCH heavier clip on the discharge hose rather than the supplied spring clip. On first use (clean program) hose 'blew' off and water kept pumping out as was still trying to fill at the same time. Destroyed skirting etc in several rooms causing expensive repairs. What started as a relatively inexpensive and possibly decent machine turned out to be a 'nightmare'. Show details
