If you use the One Touch Button the machine goes for over 1 hour, which seems excessive and using lots of water. The spin on the machine is not very effective, clothes come out quite damp (not good in winter for drying). If you put in a full load the clothes come out in a knotted pile (no agitator). Purchased the machine December 2023, and now it has spin issues. Essentially does not operate anymore. I raised this through Appliances Online, to CHiQ. The machine is still under warranty and CHiQ refuses to honour warranty due to the issue being E3 related. this information. I found CHiQ conducts their business dishonestly by not honouring the consumer warranty and demanding to charge the customer for a fault that is related to the machine under the warranty agreed period. Very disappointed, their policies are questionable. I will be submitting a complaint to Fair Trading for sure.

Great product only outlet hose is issue – I am happy with actual machine. Only issue is that the outlet hose clamp is not strong enough to hold . It flooded my bathroom and hallway twice. Show details ·  1

Flooded most of apartment – Basically same machine but black model. Outlet hose came off on first use (clean cycle) and kept pumping out water as trying to fill at same time. Several rooms flooded destroying skirting boards. Costly repairs finally completed. Intend to video how easily hose comes off using supplied spring clip and send to Chiq. Highly recommend anyone with these machines use a MUCH heavier clip or jubilee clip to hold on hose. Show details

flooded the laundry – Got it a month ago, happy till today when it flooded the laundry. Outlet hose at bottom had come loose. I replaced but same thing happened again. Now waiting for Appliances Online service to contact me. Machine was installed by the Appliances Online team who are normally terrific so I suspect this is a design flaw. Have never had this happen before after many years of using different washing machines.
