Horrible and below poor customer service – After 6 months I complained that the mattress was tenting really bad and the response was "I needed to twist the mattress" - we did and there was no difference. We feel the marketing and salesperson spiel around the product is misleading. We were told that it was a firm, or medium firm, mattress (I can’t remember and can’t see it written anywhere) and that it would last until our eldest was out of home. We were led to believe that it would be a great choice to support growing spine health.

We were also persuaded by the warranty as most of the other mattresses seemed to only offer 5 years. Unfortunately, the warranty doesn’t cover things like “no longer being good for back”.

Also, the top stitching is poor. It’s come undone in many places despite always having a waterproof mattress protector on it.

Cleaning it is difficult as it can’t be wet. A small amount of water touched the bed and made the colours run.

We are already looking into a replacement and will not buy this brand again.

So after you make the transaction that involes you paying the money and receiving a bed under warranty - you are supposed to sleep somewhere else so it doesn't void the warranty????? Really???? Seems a pretty one sided and unrealistic transaction. Furniture Bazarr have phoned me twice to ask me if the manufacturer has been in touch yet (so no digs at Furniture Bazarr here, they have been helpful, assuming the info given to me re the guarantee by them is correct). As yet the manufacturer has not been in touch (third day). Three days is a very long time on a saggy bed - that has been turned regularly and has been treated well. We are off to buy a new bed, just can't wait any longer to be put out of this nightly misery. However, I intend pursuing the makers of this bed for another mattress - just for the spare room and for people we don't really like!

realistically is calling me a liar. Don't buy from shonky shops and definitely don't buy Sleepeezee Chiro Osteo.

October 12th 2016 Update: Confirmation of this crap mattress!!!!

I placed my first review of the Chiro Osteo Ultimate Support Mattress in June this year and now have had both the supplier Enfield Furnishers and the Manufacturer Sleepeezy inspect the faulty sagging mattress. What did I expect - nothing, what did I get - nothing. All I got was the manufacturer blaming the seller for selling us the wrong support mattress for my back, for not telling us that it had to be rotated every fortnight, for not telling us how heavy it was, for not telling us that any sagging is not a "fault" of the mattress and for not telling us the proposed 10 year warranty would not be honored in any mattress failure. I did say that I was going to dump the mattress but, so as not to help us, he told us to keep it in the spare room and continue to use our 14 year old mattress which was to be upgraded. I have wasted $1,000 for this piece of rubbish and urge everyone out there not to purchase Sleepeezy products and if you live in the Copper Coast or Port Augusta regions do not purchase from Enfield Furnishers. Both will treat you like rubbish and argue with you till you are totally embarrassed. I now am forced to seek legal options available to me.

Worse mattress has done further damage to my back – For the first few months I was satisfied that the mattress might be settling. 2 years later and I have the worst back and can't move at times in the morning. The bed has sunk and there is no support in the springs. Very disappointed in the quality. This bed should not be promoted as a 'chiropractic' bed. It should be taken off the market.

Disappointing – Got this queen mattress from an online store in early 2014 as a medium firm, which now comparing to others on the market is equivalent to 'soft'. Dont buy a chiro osteo posture form mattress – It was great for the first year and then sagged. After 1 year it's really soft when you first get in and by the time you wake up in the morning you've sunk deep into the bed. My bad back has become even worse. bother paying the $70 for anyone to come out and that's how they get a way with it. I called the Chiropractics & Osteopathic Association that endorses the mattress and they say they don't endorse the manufacturing. They only lie on it and endorse the comfort factor. But they say who knows what happens in 12 months. It's got the individual coils and I've been told they move over time. I'm so disappointed as thats $1400 down the drain. I wonder how many they've actually found to be 'faulty'.

Rubbish – Had this bed for 3 years. Thought I had issues with my lower back. Untill went on holidays and my back was better. Returned home to find it was my bed that was causing my sore backs. The mattress has sunk in the middle. With the 10 year warranty they say thats not covered. Extremely unhappy. What was an extremely comphy bed for the first year is now useless. Off to buy another mattress. saggy bed was not covered by warranty.

The best night's sleep ever – I finally decided to change my old, tired, lumpy bed for a new model. On recommendation from the Bedsonline team I chose this model and am glad that I did. It is nice and firm, just the way I like it. I now wake up feeling refreshed and with no sore back. The quality of the produce is A1 (looks like it is made by Sleepezy in Perth). fantastic bed. really nice – Saw this bed in the shops, found it online for $300 less. paid using pay pal and took delivery 7 days later. i didnt know what to expect but i'm really happy with it. so far, the best bed ive slept on. price was excellent and they offer a 30 night comfort trial if you dont like it.  Show 2 replies
