exact timeframe from my order date to delivery date but is now fixed and being a Friday they would dispatch on the following Monday.. Maybe the machine was broken, but how about communicating with customer who were affected by this rather than waiting for the customer to be disappointed. Communication is very poor...

Bit disappointed – Bought a valentines gift for my partner but some items were missing such as the message I included and also the “Happy Valentine’s Day” chocolate. I expected more since it was quite expensive. I contacted Chocogram about this but have not heard back.

Attrocious pre and post service – I attempted to contact the office 4 times on Tuesdau 16 May 2023 (all calls leaving messages to retun my call to no avail) to speak with a staff member prior to making a purchase online - no call back. proceeded to order my item approximately 10:30am on Tuesday 16/05/2023 with delievery anticipated on Wednesday 17/05/2023. I selected Express Post to also guraratee the gift would arrive the following day. I revieved 2 tracking emails updating me of the transist the gift was on ...... at all times - it was to arrive on Wednesday. Wednesday came and Wednesday went - with no item delievered. I contacted the office again and a further message was left. Again no call back. Fustrated and disappointed I had to go to the stores to get a secondary gift as the one I had ordered had not been recieved. An expense i could have done without, given I had paid approximately $100 to Chocogram. The following day I finally recieved a message from the manager, extremely combatibe, rude and patronishing and telling me there is no guarantee of the next day delievery and it was pretty much 'bad luck'. I was speechless. Given I was a customer, purchased from their website in good faith to be treated so poorly and rudely. I requested a call from the owner Yan - who she advised would not call be today and would pass on a message. Finally Friday mid morning, Yan contacted me, most unhelpful and belligerent and saying I purchased the gift, he cannot promise the following day deleivery, and that was that and if I was unsatisfied to proceed with legal or the Complaints tribunal. I have never experienced such unsatifactory company, let alone such rude and aggressive behaviours before. I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE AGAIN AND I WILL ALSO NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS!

then tried to charge me an extra $15 to redeliver it. The company were unwilling to flex on this and have lot future business from our large company.

I highly recommend this chocolate gift store that delivered within 36 hours interstate orders. I believe the store is hone to NSW where if ordered early enough is same day delivery. The delivery is well packed with insulated packaging. If you provide recipient phone number a message will be sent regarding delivery time so to ensure delivery success and prevent melting. Provisions are made for paying including an after pay option which l chose. My recipients had big smiles on their faces thanking me for the beautiful chocolates. Ingredients and detailed decription for each chocolate is detailed for eg contains nuts, milk, dark, etc great Australian product. Easy to navigate the website.
