rung me to tell me that no one would be coming that day. The delays are a problem, however the worst part of this has been constantly trying to get her to pick up the phone or answer my emails so I have often thought that I may have lost my money and fabric.

Too slow so we gave up – We contacted Choice after seeing the review here. While we found [name removed] to be very knowledgeable (our job was not at all straightforward), in the end we gave up as we were chasing her at every step. Even after receiving the quote, stating that we really wanted to get moving on the job & contacting her a number of times, it still took weeks before we heard from her. We gave up & used another supplier.

Finally! Quality Service and Product Together! at Choice blinds and shutters I immediately thought I was speaking to a reasonable person who knew what she was talking about and had enough common sense to understand what I was talking about, which wasn't very difficult for her but it was for some other companies! I don't normally consider myself fussy but when I was talked through the quality of the shutters and how they'd be best installed in my house I realised that I was finally in good hands dealing with a company who knew exactly what they were doing and from that point the previous companies seemed like hacks. Nothing was a hassle that lead to extra sneaky costs, which always annoys me. They negotiated wIth me on prices ( I ended up getting a new toilet blind as a result). All in all I was so impressed with the excellent communication and the whole process. Now my lounge room and dining room look amazing with my new shutters! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I was told about Choice Blinds and Shutters from my next door neighbour who loves her shutters also! They make the front of the house look like a million dollars! All it took was a fresh coat of paint and new shutters and I barely recognise my own lounge room! Money well spent!
