Second chances – So I believe in second chances. My first time after meeting [Name Removed] in 2020 I bought a Franklin Razor 216. No unlike what he joked at when I said about the love of off grid camping I did order and get the van with 2x160w solar panels and two 120ah batteries plus a 3000w inverter. else effortlessly. It won’t power the city you claimed that I must have wanted to run with all that power. Really in the scheme of things that’s only a picnic set off grid power supply. So second chance my wife and I are looking and wanting to now upgrade from the Razor we have lived in the van on the road since February 2021. We are at the moment based in Darwin. For the last two months have been searching on Caravan and Camping Sales looking narrowing down the search as anyone knows it’s not an easy process especially with all weight’s involved. So I have been looking at this Pro Rv caravan $128990. Suddenly in the day’s leading up to flying I get a notification that the vPro Rv has dropped $5000 in price so organise to fit in on our 42 hour trip to Adelaide to go see it at [Name Removed]’s yard. I told my wife about my previous experience there. We arrive at the yard 2pm Monday head straight in to look at the van I knew exactly which one. [Name Removed] saw us said hello and that he would leave us to look he had to go to the office. While looking at the Pro Rv I get a notification saying that the Pro Rv just that minute went back up the $5000 to $128990. Really? Is that how you are to customers? So then to rub salt in the wounds he came over and said yea sorry about that Factory orders just got off the phone. I don’t know what goes on in that yard and yes they have some reviews maybe the people didn’t know much about vans thought they got bargains. He also told us that he has sold vans knowing that they are too heavy for the cars pulling them. He didn’t know the van we looked at gad an oven in his description of the van said it was only mini grill three gas burners and an electric burner. If you look at the photos he too and uploaded to caravan sales you can clearly see an oven and looking inside the van in person I can see it has one. But the real final thing was I received a notification last Friday that the Pro Rv price dropped to $123990 again. The dealer is a completely an crap! I will never buy of you. How you are still in business I can only guess as that your the only JB dealer in South Australia so you have only other brand competitors. Buyers go interstate we will do that’s another sale you have lost that’s two sales since 2020.

Abysmal Customer Service – Purchased an Xtreme Dirt Roader. May turn out to be a good caravan but at the moment we have electronic brake issues. Recently cut short a trip due to serious brake overheating and took van back to dealer for them to investigate. A week later it just happened to be scheduled for its 1000km first service (yes that's how new it is). They informed us… Read more

that they checked out the brake problem (should be totally a warranted investigation at no cost to the customer) , couldn't resolve it and we then had to take the van to a Electronic Brake Specialist. Then they had the cheek to charge $545 for the first service, which would normally include brake checks etc. They could not understand why we said they were "double dipping". So $545 for making sure the lights switch on, gas comes on etc. ......... Conceivably not really much else. Would have happily paid something for the first service but nowhere near $545. Choice are in denial when it comes to them thinking this is Customer Service.

No after sales service – We bought our dream caravan Galaxy Nemesis from choice caravans Adelaide, which has turned out to be a complete lemon with over 45 faults, some major some minor. fogged us off to the manufacturer galaxy/retreat After countless e-mails and correspondence to chloice withl no replies. When this goes before the court system Choice caravans will be responsible for the outcome. We would have never bought this van if we had known the extent and nature of the faults, this is ACL law we are entitled to a refund. Choice caravans give no after sales service take your money and run. Choice caravans willl never answer your e-mails and never contact you. Before buying a van head to lemon caravan Facebook site and buyer beware list Check out dealers like Choice caravans and vans like galaxy/retreat to avoid heartache.
