Choice Fresh Meals
3 reviews
A consistent theme in the reviews is poor treatment of customers. I experienced this firsthand when I worked for Choice Fresh Meals on what was meant to be a “paid trial.” When it came time to be paid, I received no response at all. This lack of professionalism and respect reflects what others have reported in their reviews. With so many alternatives for meal delivery, it’s worth considering whether you want to support a business that treats both staff and customers this way.
Happy enough – We are happy to with our meals. We order the large portions and one meal is nearly enough for my wife and I to share. You do have to order at least 3 business days in advance.
- Timely Delivery: Yes
About thirty years out of date – The ordering process of this company is out of date. You read the menu, then send them an email listing your items. If you do not include your Customer number they will write back asking for it. The idea that you could order online and that they could keep a list of customers under names has never occurred to them. Standard institutional food in small portions. For the same $12-$15 price, I could get a much nicer meal at my local shopping centre.
Failed to deliver, blamed me, demanded to be paid.
When I sent them a larger meal than my Care Plan, did not contact me but ran to my Care Coordinator like little girls.
