Chop Butchery

I’ve been using chop butcher for a couple of years, because it’s convenient, free range meat and good quality, but very unhelpful when you have questions or a problem. I like sausages and bacon and ham, chop have these and free range, so I buy in bulk and stock up. Recently ( past year or so) I have been trying to cut down on salt and now nitrates, difficult when you like ham, bacon and sausages. But if I know what the ingredients are and % of salt and nitrates, I can plan. Eat less of them, but can still eat. I’ve asked (3 email and also called once) chop 3 time over the past year if they can provide a list of ingredients and the nutrient value and I was contacted once and told they would find out and advise. No updates and subsequent emails ignored. I quite liked chop and their products, but their non response to emails means I will go elsewhere, there seems to be many now. Very disappointing
