Broken ceramic vanity top – Update: Caroline and the cibo team replaced the broken basin and also reimbursed $300 to fix the basin to the vanity. Much appreciated. Original review: Purchased cibo vanity white tonic 1200mm from Bunnings on 29/12/2024. Upon opening the boxes found that the ceramic top was already cracked. So got it replaced from Bunnings. The new top after… Read more · 1
installing developed crack. Now I'm unable to use the new vanity because of the cracked top without having to fork more money in getting the vanity or the top replaced.
Friendly and helpful staff – CIBO have very friendly staff and they were very quick with replies and resolving my issue. I had an issue with a vanity unit and after expressing these concerns and the unit faults with their team, they were very helpful and sent an order for a replacement promptly . Thank you to Peter R and Andrea G for your assistance, friendly customer service and addressing my concerns Show reply
Avoid won’t replace damaged items – Purchased items and obviously wanted to have ready and then organise a builder as they are in short supply Unpacked about three months later and basically they want nothing to do with it, so my new renovated bathroom has a damaged vanity unit and chipped mirror Do not recommend them at all unhelpful There solution is to either spend more money on replacements or try to fix myself

Faulty Product – I purchased the Cibo Design 600mm White Tonic Full Height Vanity on the 17th of May 2022 at Bunnings. However, after a week of normal use the overflow holes has started to peel off and change colours (from silver to black). I have also noticed the water is draining slowly. I have brought up this issue with Bunnings, however they were not able to… Read more

Issue was sorted. Big thanks to Jo! – Bought a vanity supplied by Cibo from Bunnings and had a warranty issue. Bunnings refused to deal with it but Cibo had took it further and sorted it out for us promptly. Thank you so much! Show 2 replies
Excellent experience with Cibo Design – We had a brilliant experience with the team at Cibo Design. They were able to help us customise the vanity to meet our exact requirements and the finished product is perfect. Exceptional service and very friendly staff. I would definitely use Cibo again - highly recommended.
Don't buy cibo vanities!! – We have always bought cibo vanities because of the affordability etc however, one of the vanity doors cracked internally within a year and cibo won't replace as they are not suppose to be waterproof and the vanity is less than a year old. Disappointing company. Never will we be buying cibo anything again. I wonder how long the other vanities will last.

Stunning Cibo Vetro – Although quite pricey, you won't regret buying this vanity. Everyone who sees our new re-vamped bathroom comments on how impressive this vanity is, it just stands out so much. Easy to clean and keep looking nice as well. It is also quite deceptive as to how much storage there is in the drawers underneath, although the drawers are not deep so you… Read more
can't store anything upright (didn't occur to us until the product was already installed). The basin is also quite shallow, but I don't find this a problem. Easy to clean, looks amazing Quite expensive, can't store any toiletries upright in the drawers, you have to lie everything down which leads to products leaking
Water damage after 6 months – I love how this looks, HOWEVER, by 6 months after installation the drawers and cupboard doors and inside the cupboards were swelling and cracking. Cibo came and had a look and said it was water damage. They suggested we "rethink how we use the basin". Also suggested we didn't use the drawers for storing toothbrushes and toothpaste. They also… Read more
state their product is water RESISTANT, not water PROOF.
I have two small boys - I love that they wash their hands and brush their teeth. Therefore, I'm not sure that this Cibo product is up the demands of family life if it starts showing damage like this after only 6 months. What person (parent or otherwise) has the time and inclination to wipe dry a bathroom sink and vanity after each use (as suggested).
We are getting a product replacement so I'll be interested to see how this performs over the next 6 months.
I had a new kitchen installed as well - it is laminate. This more than justifies of my decision to go for laminate over polyurethane - cheaper and FAR more durable. Kitchen gets way more use and looks as good as new! Looks great. Water damage after 6 months.
