Wish l could. I've used Dark Auburn for yrs. Nice reddish brown. Since they changed the formula my hair is almost black. I've tried light auburn a color l would never use because it's an orange color and my hair is still black.
I can't seem to change it and l don't want to bleach it.
If there's a different brand l can use to lighten this horrid color please let me know.

The colours are supposed to be the same but they definitely are not. My colour also went peachy / rose gold looking! My sister uses the shade 9.5 and since they w changes the packaging she now hates her colour. Don’t know how manufacturers have managed to get it so wrong ! I have just finished dying my roots with Nice and Easy SB1 colour. Whilst it was processing it went a metallic grey. I have washed it off and the colour is what I wanted. On further checking with the box it states the colour provides 100% coverage on grey hair. On the back of packaging however it states colour is not recommended for use on grey hair. My hair is 2/3rds grey. Help very confusedi
If the colour is what you wanted, what's the problem? They have obviously made a mistake at the back of the box.
