the after service care I get an absolutely appauling phone call from [Name Removed]. Incredibly rude, stating now that he was only going to cut and polish out of the goodness if his heart.....certainly not the conversation I had with him. He was offended that I had made a number of phone calls regarding this as I was given no time and date. Told me he was busy and that he didn't think the damage was their fault....again not something discussed on the visit. Ended up very upset and telling him I'd have my builder deal with it and hanging up. A very disappointing result. Builder contacted supplier, classique vanities had wiped their hands if us after spending over 5000 dollars on their products!
