It is not a great reflection on your company, when a ute bearing your logo, parks across a driveway, blocking access for the residents of the household. Licence plate ETU 63R, with CleanGreenStrata logo has done just that.

We signed a contract for the upkeep of our community area on December 2, 2024, which includes two pools: a heated pool and a lagoon pool, along with the garden. assigned to us, and both pools became dirty with brown water. The bottom of the pools was never vacuumed, with the heated pool being vacuumed for the first time on January 15th.

During the holidays, we received multiple complaints from residents regarding the condition of the pools and water safety. As of February 26, 2025, the lagoon pool is still dirty and has not been properly cleaned. The company claims they have made progress, but the pool remains in an unacceptable state after three months. There is also still a significant amount of rubbish in the garden that has not been cleared during this time.

Despite not completing the necessary work, they continue to issue invoices at a premium rate. Despite several attempts to get an explanation or verify these invoices — including by the strata manager — we have received no response.

Very impressed – Our small Strata Plan of 18 units has lots of trees and leaves that cause problems both in garden maintenance, but also in interior cleaning as leaves get tracked inside despite multi mats. Clean Green live up to their name. Our committee is very happy with their service to our community.

Always very helpful and understanding – I am on the executive committee and often call the office for urgent requests and the girls in the office are always helpful and understanding. The cleaners and gardeners also go above and beyond, in all types of weather, to make sure our block looks neat and tidy. I highly recommend them and thank them.

information about access to my unit as well as explaining that access can be tough at times, I was met with responses like "its not a conspiracy" and "legally I only need to give you 1 weeks notice" That may be the case, but if I'm not around for a month at a time sometimes, wouldn't it be nice to know and that should be considered "helpful" information. On raising this with their Director, I was told I was making a drama out of things. When I confronted him on this, as I didn't appreciate, he denied it saying I had misunderstood that he said that the issue wasn't a drama. I pointed out he had said both but he just called me a liar. Not a good start for about a month into the trial period.
