The install was good whilst it lasted, but the water ingress and fronius 475 errors have not been resolved. I’ve called and emailed multiple times after initially being told they would send someone round. If it’s peace of mind and after sales support, avoid these.

Clean and great people to deal with – Tshering and crew are breeze to deal with . They offered options to suit our budget and requirement . No pitching , no sales tactics and pushing . Installation was A Class- In garage and no fuss for after sales support. I would l=hihly recommend them . P.S. : I am writing this review after 18 months of installation .

biggest mistake – In two years, i have had one small power bill, i have 24 panels and just over 6kw system with a 5 kw inverter. First problem was panel placement, all the panels were on the eastern side of the roof, some had shade from neighbours tree. They came and moved half the panels to the western side, not all those being shaded by the tree, seem to forget trees grow. There were problems with the settings of the inverter for the region, that was reset. I have a 3 phase inverter, i have had western power out and found that i had a problem with one of the phases. There was too much power going in so they lowered the power. Now the power going out is less that 3 kw. I was instructed to get in contact with the company who installed the solar system. I have tried emailing and phoning and have had no response. My latest power bill was nearly $500.
