This company has excellent service, at a time where it seems to be going out of style elsewhere, for some sad reason. I ordered a specialist strong cleaning product. It came in small trigger bottles or larger containers. As it needed to be strong for my application, I called to check if all of the sizes were the same strength. Cleaners Supermarket checked with the manufacturer for me and found that small trigger packs were diluted. I asked to change my order but either there was a mix up, or I was too late and I received the diluted version. Cleaners Supermarket sent me out the proper stuff, without delay, at no charge. To be fair, it was the manufacturer's fault anyway, for not putting this information on the containers.
