internet shoppers. THat's ok but if you're not local to them be aware of the problems. In my case they didnt contact me at all after I paid for the product. Not even an acknowledgement. Then I heard nothing for days - so I rang them to find out what was going on. It was just after New Year and they'd been struggling to get on top of things. Also, they didnt have it in stock and were waiting for it to come in - which is fine but they didnt tell me, the customer. I recommended they communicate more with online buyers because we dont know them and its a big risk to buy online. A bit later they sent an email saying they'd posted it. Yay. No estimate of arrival date and no tracking number, I had to nag them to send a tracking number and by the time they did it was in my mail box. SO I have mixed feelings about them because it took so long to get here and they had zero communication but the lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and friendly and the product arrived safely and was a good price. So my advice is this. Buy from them - they have good prices and great products and are trustworthy - but if you're in another state and buying online - lower your expectations about communication and customer service.
