Customer serivice is ACE – I left something in the apartment and without hesitation it was returned promptly to my address back in Brisbane. I also loved the cooking utensils inside, it made for a wonderful family inner on the first night. Thank you for a lovely stay in Erskineville.

Great location – I did not like being locked out of key pad 3 times during 7 day stay. Especially when travelling 3o hrs to get to Sydney. Codes are to long to retain to complex . And changed on me during a stay was locked out no contact details on foyers or entry to contact owners. Not happy at all. Cleaners are not cleaning thoroughly.

So grateful – Krystina was amazing from start to finish. Super responsive, supportive and helpful. I always felt I was in great caring and capable hands and was just one less stress for me to worry about! Can’t recommend enough.

Lovely accomodation for interstate travellers – The accomodation had everything my daughter needed for her short term stay including a washer and dryer and kitchen so she was able to have some meals before going out.
