Would not recommend for online purchases!! Quality of items is poor. I ordered a dressing gown with arms that were about 50 cm too long and I'm an average height. Then the returns process is an absolutely nightmare and the customer service is terrible. I had to send multiple emails to get a response, pay upfront for a return and then still wait 3 business days to "find out the status of my request to return" even though they've already made me pay for it. To date I've not finished the process so who even knows if I get my money back. But I'm absolutely turned off this company.

A splurge of indulgence was worthwhile – I recently visited Cloud Blvd in the Queen Victoria Bldg Sydney and what a wonderful experience. The sales lady was incredibly respectful and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. There was no body shaming, and the atmosphere was welcoming and inclusive. The store had a beautiful selection of items, and the customer service was top-notch. I left feeling really happy with my purchases. I highly recommend Cloud Blvd for anyone looking for a sexy lingerie item and a respectful shopping experience.

Beautiful lingerie – Wonderful lovely shop assistant Grace helping me to choose my favourite bra set to match , amazing lingerie and nice warm friendly customer service, very nice fitting room for trying on
