Quality Wheels and Tyres with Outstanding Service! – I recently purchased a set of wheels and tyres from CNC Wheels for my Next Gen Ranger, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! The team at CNC Wheels is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Their fitment team recommended a tyre size that I initially thought wouldn't fit, but it ended up looking absolutely perfect on my Ranger. … Read more

Not only do the wheels look amazing, but the ride quality has also improved significantly. I've been receiving lots of compliments on my new setup, and it's all thanks to the expert advice and meticulous work from the CNC Wheels team. They took their time to explain the fitment process in detail, ensuring that I was comfortable with every step.

If you're looking for top-notch wheels and tyres along with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend CNC Wheels. Their expertise and professionalism are truly unmatched!

FYI: running Black Rock Vortex gloss black machined 17x8.5 +30 wheels with Maxxis Razr AT811 285/70R17 tyres.

Amazing service by the team – I got my wheels fully refurbished back to new by CNC Wheels and they look even better than factory. They even supplied me with loaner wheels so i can continue using my car while fixing my wheels. It only took a couple of days and i was extremely happy with the result.

Poor Quality Control and Dishonest Business Practices – I spent in excess of $4200 for an online purchase of 5 x 17-inch wheels and tyres combo from CNC Wheels in NSW. When the wheels arrived, I noticed they were stamped as -12 offset. I had, in fact, ordered 0 offset wheels. CNC Wheels advised that they had machined the wheels to a 0 offset but had forgotten to change the description. I then delivered… Read more

the wheels to a local tyre fitment facility to have the wheels fitted on to my late model Toyota Prado. The wheels did not fit the vehicle due to the bore size on the wheels being incorrect.

I persistently notified CNC Wheels of this over several days, however, they did not respond to my emails or text messages despite their vehicle fitment guarantee. I subsequently raised a dispute with PayPal to intervene. CNC Wheels then contacted me and asked me to drop the claim as they would pay to have the problem rectified in Darwin. In good faith, I agreed to do so and provided CNC Wheels with 3 engineering quotes to which they accepted one and provided me with the authorisation to have the wheels machined to the correct bore size at their cost.

Upon completion of the job, I provided CNC Wheels with the invoice from the engineering firm. The engineering firm had carried out the work as authorised by CNC Wheels at the agreed cost. The wheels were found, not only to have different and inconsistent bore sizes, but varying offsets as well. I constantly followed up with CNC wheels to please pay the $465.41 they had promised to pay. I also had to pay an additional $150 to the tyre fitment facility to remove, refit and rebalance the wheels as the machining could not be done whilst the tyres were fitted to the rims. After persistent messaging to CNC Wheels, they advised that payment would be made to my account that day. Over the next several days, the money had still not been deposited and CNC Wheels were again ignoring my emails.

I find it disappointing that CNC Wheels have dishonest business practices and do not honour their vehicle fitment guarantee or their promise to pay for the costs of rectifying incorrectly supplied wheels. I would also advise potential customers to be wary of purchasing wheels online from CNC Wheels to avoid poor quality control, significant additional expenses as well as disgraceful customer service and deceitful business practices.
