I had a change table on my gift registry at Baby Bunting via CNP as Marketplace seller. At 6 months old (8 months since it was purchased but 6 months of use) the vinyl covering started splitting and I approached Baby Bunting for a refund. The customer service was DREADFUL. It took 5 weeks for them to action, and continual back and forth emails,… Read more

following up and chasing a response. They refused to give a refund despite it being clearly covered by consumer guarantees. It's only due to logging a formal complaint with the ombudsman that they finally gave me a refund.

Machine deteriorating – Horrible service. My baby brezza machine began deteriorating and turning yellow. I emailed 4 times with two phone calls to receive an email back telling me to just purchase another machine and nothing they can do. For such an expensive machine costing me $500 I was disgusted at the lack of service and quality

Exceptional Customer Service – I pre-ordered the baby brezza washer pro, great machine, washes, sterilises and dries all in one! A little short for the tall pigeon bottles but I just put 2 or 3 bottles in instead of the 4. I noticed that my machine started to leak from the front left wheel. Contacted customer service, Sao responded within 1 hour via email and offered me 2… Read more

solutions. VERY prompt, very convenient, considerate and polite. I also use the formula machine, love this product too! VERY HAPPY with baby brezza, thank you!!

Disappointing customer service – Was gifted a Project Nursery dreamweaver speaker from CNP Brands for my newborn. We used it for around 8 months when the sound stopped working. Reached out to the customer service who took days to respond and all they suggested was returning it to the retailer with the receipt. It was a gift and therefore we didn't have a receipt. They have said… Read more

there is nothing they can do which is highly disappointing as we have been left with a product that does not work and is within the 12 month warranty. Do not recommend purchasing a dreamweaver speaker.

Excellent customer service – I had an issue with a item I purchased at a baby store. The store contacted cnp to get a replacement part, which was sent promptly. The part didn't fix the issue, and after talking to the store and getting no help, I contacted cnp directly. They were super helpful, contacted the store on my behalf and organised a replacement of the whole product when the store wasn't going to. Very pleased with the friendly help I received by them.

Disgraceful service – Here's the back story... Don't buy motorola baby monitors! Less than 6 months ago we made the mistake of buying a rather expensive motorola video baby monitor (the mpb33 to be exact) from a global online seller, wanting a device that allowed us to 'see' and 'hear' our baby as she slept, important one would think, should something happen in… Read more

your bub's room you need to be alerted to and swiftly. Unfortunately, within less than the 6 months the video continued to work but the sound did not. As you can imagine this is quite scary! Not being able to hear your babies cries if they were tangled, caught or something much worse was to happen! It's a parent's nightmare and one you thought would be taken seriously should the device stop working by any brands you deal with for such a purpose. We called motorola's diabolical excuse for a service centre, a company by the name of 'cnpbrands' here in australia who rudely told us it was our problem as they "don't stock" this particular unit here in oz. (well, that may be the case but we still needed the device fixed) we pleaded to let us simply know a service centre who might be able to help us here in australia fix the device at our cost and their response was; "we don't stock this unit here". Again, i got that part but we still need it fixed for the safety of our baby? He hung up. Helpful? Um no. We spoke to two reps who were both equally as rude, not even willing to consider helping us. I contacted the company we originally purchased the device from (a global company called 'play techlogic') who assured me they would find us a local service provider to help fix the unit through motorola in australia who have still not bothered to get back to them. It's now been almost three weeks and as you can imagine if you too are a parent, it's getting frustrating and scary! My lesson's from all of this; 1. Don't buy motorola products - their service is non-existent and they do not care about the customer or the safety of innocent little babies (disgraceful!) 2. Don't use overseas companies like play techlogic as their help is limited at best and 3. Cmpbrands - don't trust these guys with your company's reputation, it will only end badly. We are off today to find a new unit, less than 6 months after purchasing one because these three companies let us down. I guess it only happens all too often these days. From now on, we'll buy local. Hope this helps with your decision making should you need a monitor and are motorola and buying one online.
