Stay Away from these guys service is terrible! – I have organized the bin with these guys. All good price was good I ordered the bin to be delivered on Friday. Due to rainy weekend ahead I decided to move my bin delivery for next Friday. Did so called them in on Thursday the customer service reassured me that no problems bin delivery is rescheduled no problems. Next morning they deliver the bin… Read more

even though the bin was rescheduled. Driver had no clue about the reschedule. I called the office and it was absolute and utter rudeness is what you get. They tried to convince me noone rescheduled. They don't offer alternatives even if it their end and their fault. So I lost my money that I paid for the bin. Even when they issue the invoice they do not issue the pdf formats. I even emaild them regarding my phone call made to let them know I called the day earlier and I have rescheduled but noone even bothers to reply. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these incompetent and rude serviceman.

Terrible service – Stay away from this company!! manager would call first thing tomorrow, no surprise no call so I called the office that afternoon and was told by Mel in the office that a manager would call me back, no call. Repeat this for the next four days, Mel says they are unavailable, left for the day etc but assures me the manager will call me back and send someone out to rectify. I have sent an email with photos of the damage - no response. OVER A MONTH LATER I am still stuck with their bin, a huge mess of my lawn, no one has called, they just keep sending drivers out IN THE RAIN who sit out the front, see the mud then drive off. Will be taking this further out of sheer principle.

Very bad customer service, given one star because driver was very polite – I would like to lodge a complaint about your service. My wife booked for a 4m bin on Thursday 2nd December for a delivery for Saturday. Spoke to [Name Removed]…received a phone call on Friday saying that there has been some issues and the bin will be delivered on Monday 6th and that the bin will be picked up the following Monday, 13th. Saturday 11th, a driver came to pick the bin, I told driver that this should be on Monday. He ran the office and I was handed the phone and spoke to some one called [Name Removed]….. I explained the situation but [Name Removed] would not listen, he was very rude and aggressive in his response….I told him that the bin was only half full, and asked if it can be picked up in the two hours or so, this will give me time to put some more rubbish in…I also told him that what [Name Removed] told my wife, that the bin will be picked up on Monday, to which he responded that [Name Removed] was next to him and [Name Removed] never said such a thing, basically telling me that my wife was lying…. Again, he was rude, start raising his voice and even threatened to call the Police.

The driver was very embarrassed and apologetic… [Name Removed] could learn and get some manners from the driver.

Cobra spends a lot of money on advertising, may be [Name Removed] should go and do a course of Customer service and Anger management, as a customer I felt very threatened and disgusted….I told [Name Removed], that Cobra just lost a customer and he could not care less..

I now have extra rubbish that I could not get rid of, will have to get another bin, more cost to me.

I am very appalled that [Name Removed], behaviour and attitude….and I hope that Cobra Management will take this complaint very seriously.

I would like a 3m sq Bin sent at no cost to me, so that I can get rid of the remaining rubbish, as a courtesy and Apology for the way, we, as a customer has been treated.

Great price and service – Looking for a skip bin for a general household clean out and they were the most competitively priced. They delivered quickly and on time and the man who delivered the bin was just lovely.
