Lots of errors with staking rewards causing taxation issues and very little support offered – I have had a cointracker account for 4 years and is has gotten worse each year. I am constantly getting errors with the staking rewards and the incorrect values are affecting my taxation. I will be trying a new company in the future and not wasting my money with cointracker anymore.

Rare service from an online company – CoinTracker may be a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. Dealing with on-line exchanges and other crypto accounting platforms the service was really poor. at CoinTracker were responsive and easy to deal with and have spent time working out all the glitches so that now I can follow and report my Crypto transactions as easily as my internet banking. They are even talking to my Aussie crypto exchange so that it syncs because I asked them to. How good is that? I am a bit OCD about accounting so the service really helped to reduce any anxiety I had trying to keep up with it all. Really impressed.
