7 day wait until someone from their “so called” team confirms your details. Which is, I will say it again, [Content Removed]!

Then and only after the 7 (business) days wait can you transfer any purchases to your cold storage.

But you’re limited to the amounts subjected to their Tier system you are on at the time.

I played the game and after making quite a few purchases then again needing to wait to move to up to Tier 3 to transfer to cold storage. Every upgrade in their Tier category system requires from 1 to 7 business days.

If you think of making a deposit via a bank account direct deposit into your CoinStash account on a weekend or a public holiday, think again.

You’re subjected to their Monday - Friday general business hours for any deposit to be confirmed or for any support you need you will have to wait to be answered via their only between certain hours support and restrictively slow system.

Their chat or email system is the only way to make contact. No direct phone number. No real conversation with a confirmed real person just a chat and email system.

I didn’t make any purchases for a couple of weeks. After said time I made another deposit and purchased a different coin. The next thing I know is they have unilaterally without warning, preempted indication or any type of correspondence froze my Tier 3 account and moved me back to Tier 1.

Meaning, I can not transfer my purchase to a cold wallet.

They subsequently requested not only bank account statements but pay slips and other personal financial documents. Including a required statement of why I purchased crypto and for what purpose. Indicating or insinuating via their chat system, they need me to prove I am not a criminal!

How dare you!

Obviously they have never heard of the premise and legal standing of innocent until proven guilty. They evidently work on the motto of guilty until proven innocent!

Stay right away from this company!

They are basically acting like an unscrupulous ransom cartel and will only create stress in your life.

If you’re a simple honest and hard working law abiding citizen that is lucky enough to be in the position to be able to purchase more than most struggling working class these days. They will make you feel like you’re a criminal and basically blackmail you to forfeit private and personal financial documents. To unjustifiably prove your innocence.

Which could subject you to issues of personal data breaches and ultimately personal financial safety.

To appease their overreaching, self grandiose and abhorrently [Content Removed] overstep and boundaries. They fail to protect the sanctity of customers financial and personal data safety in how they seemingly have treated this customer or client.

This all without having actually ever spoken to a real person. Just a chat system. No phone number to speak with a real person. For all I know it could be a chat bot I have spoken to on multiple occasions when requesting support over the weeks I have been a customer.

Multiple times I have had to dumb simple questions down, as the supposed support person could not understand or [Content Removed]. Which possibly confirms my new analytical theory of being only support chat bots.

If you have any real savings and any desire and ability to purchase more than a small amount.

I would warn against CoinStash as they will certainly give you sleepless nights and angst. Holding your purchase or deposits to ransom.

How dare they (a bot, an algorithm or a muppet on the other line of a chat system) request personal & private financial details. That could ultimately breach personal privacy and safety and could place customers in an unsavoury [Content Removed] and future hell.

In my experience, they have treated me like I’m a criminal and they are a law enforcement agency. How dare you!

They are acting just like a [Content Removed] business trying to make a profit on the backs of their clients with the elevated spreads and fees. Which seems to indicate no regard to the personal private financial safety of its customers.

Avoid this company, App or website like the plague!
