The interface is amazing. Buy n Sell is a breeze. What bothers me is the limited number of listed coins and the inability to place a limit order, which is quite disappointing.
Follow-up · My experience is still the same, if you are a trader this website is definitely not for you and if you are an investor you may consider opening an account.

I found Bitcoin.com.au to be very thorough and took great care in protecting my bitcoin wallet. Roger was a delight to speak with today, after a string of texts and verifications. I would certainly recommend them. Show details · 1
For Australians looking for a reliable and easy-to-use crypto exchange, Bitcoin.com.au delivers. It’s not the flashiest platform out there, but it does what it promises without unnecessary complications. The backing of Independent Reserve adds credibility, and the user experience is consistently good. Would recommend for anyone wanting a trustworthy local option for crypto trading. Show details · 1

Negative reviews
much easier to use coinspot, they tried bribing me to write a positive review with tickets to some Bitcoin expo on the day of/day before it was happening in Sydney. Dodgy as, avoid at all costs
This exchange is nothing but a money grab. They charged me $23 in fees for just $200 worth of transactions – that’s over 10% gone instantly. No other platform I’ve tried comes close to being this ridiculously overpriced. On top of that, they don’t make the fees clear up front, so you only realize how much you’re losing after the fact. who values their money, I’d strongly advise avoiding this exchange. There are plenty of better, cheaper, and more transparent alternatives out there.
If you don’t want your profits eaten away by insane fees, stay far from them.
Terrible customer service, asked a multitude of questions before making a deposit and all were ignored until I made a deposit and it was too late and unable to withdraw. avoid this scam

I personally found Bitcoin.com a great way step onto the crypto scene easy read and tidy, even when this special dude here got lost trying to find out where how and what i should start with haha Show details · 1
The website is very smooth to use. Not complex nor cluttered. I was able to use PayPal to deposit AUD very easily. Buying some ETH was easy to do as well. It was also quick and easy to sell it and cash out. One has to wait for their banking each day to send cash back to the bank but it arrived very quickly the next day. One of the better exchanges I feel. Show details · 1

So far so good, site seems reputable, laid out well and reliable. Show reply
I give them one star because I can't get any lower. A massive lack of timely responses and support. I had issues with a bank trying to recall my investment. To which I asked them, "Are you obliged to do that?" You get no response. I said the banks said they've had lots of issues dealing with scams with this platform. Of which I asked them again,… Read more
no response. After I dealt with the bank trying to recall my investment, Bitcoin.com.au then proceeded to make me prove my source of wealth. They also had my account frozen for three weeks, so I couldn't trade, I couldn't sell my Bitcoin when it was high, and I also wanted to buy when it was down to $109,000 USD but couldn't. So made me get bank statements showing them all the transactions I made into their account which they should surely have themselves. I thought this is why we're getting into crypto - to try to get away from the bank's control. They're just worse than the bank itself. That completely defeats the purpose. Anyway, I would definitely steer clear and pick a better platform like Coin Stash or something like that.
Super easy to use and setup compared to a lot of cryptocurrency websites. Would recommend Show reply

I will admit I was always a little sceptical about crypto. I thought the whole thing was a bit of a scam and had a limited shelf life. When my football club, the Sydney Swans, advertised a partnership with Bitcoin.com.au it made me a little more trusting. After all, different crypto platforms were getting involved with both the AFL and NRL on an… Read more · 1
increasing basis. I signed up, entered my referral code and got my free $20 BTC. From there, I’ve experimented with trading and staking, admittedly on a small scale. Both the bitcoin.com.au website and app are fantastically easy to use and don’t limit you to large minimum deposits or withdrawals, unlike some others I’ve investigated recently. If you’re looking to try some things out or dabble, even if only to understand crypto a little better, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. It makes crypto accessible and much less daunting.
An easy to use crypto platform that I feel will be my preferred exchange going forward as I use a few others and haven't found them as easy and straight forward as Bitcoin.com.au. Knowing it's owned and operated by Independent Reserve gives me faith in its security. Show details · 1
I think that bitcoin.com.au's website is seamless and easy to use which is why I would recommend it. Lots of other websites have lengthy processes to even understand how to buy a cryptocurrency but this website for a beginner myself was transformative. Show details · 1
