I give them one star because I can't get any lower. A massive lack of timely responses and support. I had issues with a bank trying to recall my investment. no response. After I dealt with the bank trying to recall my investment, Bitcoin.com.au then proceeded to make me prove my source of wealth. They also had my account frozen for three weeks, so I couldn't trade, I couldn't sell my Bitcoin when it was high, and I also wanted to buy when it was down to $109,000 USD but couldn't. So made me get bank statements showing them all the transactions I made into their account which they should surely have themselves. I thought this is why we're getting into crypto - to try to get away from the bank's control. They're just worse than the bank itself. That completely defeats the purpose. Anyway, I would definitely steer clear and pick a better platform like Coin Stash or something like that.

The interface is amazing. Buy n Sell is a breeze. What bothers me is the limited number of listed coins and the inability to place a limit order, which is quite disappointing.

I used bitcoin.com.au to trade my first bitcoin and it was a very easy to do so process, whilst maintaining a high level of security for my information which I would otherwise be concerned about through other investing apps. Overall great experience, quick turnover times, would 100% recommend.

It completely lacks advanced trading views, margin features, or futures contracts, and thirdly there is a painful trading fee that's feels unfair,While it markets itself as straightforward, a flat 1% trading fee for standard volumes is quite steep when you compare it to competitors offering advanced spot trading at a fraction of that cost.in other platforms there are passive ways of earning money the platform doesn't offer any crypto staking, lending, or yield products, meaning your coins just sit there doing nothing unless you manually move them to a self-custody wallet.. Another major challenge is limited asset allocations and options compared to other platforms and bigger platforms the list of supported altcoins is surprisingly restricted, leaving you stranded if you want to trade smaller or emerging tokens What I like about the site is it's affiliation with big brands and connection with bloomberg, financial review, the Sydney morning Herald,the Australian the age independent always, it shows it's a good brand to trust and transact with and it's affiliation with the digital economy council of Australia and ISO 27001 certified company.
