Horrible stuff, dog wouldn't touch it so i threw it out on the lawn for the seagulls but even they w – Being on a tight budget at the moment, I decided to save some money and ended up buying this product, for my two dogs. Big mistake! Big mistake. Neither of my dogs would go near the stuff, despite me leaving it in their dog bowl for two days. At the end of day two, I realised that they were not going to eat this product, so I threw the entire… Read more

contents of the bag (including what was in my dogs food bowl) out on the front lawn for the seagulls to eat. But guess what? They didn't go near it either??? I ended up buying a bag of Baxter's dry dog food, and my two dogs scoffed that down. Not a good product? Very suspect?

Put my dog in hospital after a couple of weeks – After a couple of weeks my dog was violently ill.......changed her wet food and gave the dry food to my daughter for her dogs not thinking it was the dry food making her sick......overnight her 2 dogs threw up after eating this food.......seems likely this is not good for dogs

dogs breakfast – i found this coles smart buy dry dog food to be extremely tasteless, personally it had a pretty bad odor aswell as the bland and dry trash taste. it is cheap but i would rather be eating the "name brand" dog food.

Complaint about the exchange product of Coles Home Brand Dry Dog Food – In my last online order 3 weeks ago I requested the 8kg Supercoat Real Beef for small dogs which was on special at 50pc off. The day before my order was delivered I received an email from Coles to say which items were out of stock and what they would be. All was fine with the other substitutes but not with the substitute dry dog food. The one I… Read more

asked for is a quality product, the Coles Home Brand is not! At the top and bottom of the bag it says "Beef and veggie flavour" I looked at the ingredients on the back and they are all junk. No way would I allow my dog to eat Coles Home Brand. I requested a quality product and I waste t this!!! I rang Coles online and I was asked to hand the 2 bags to the driver at my next order and Coles will refund to me the $8.00 off my next online order on Sunday 13th December. I feel that Coles, knowing their product is inferior, had a cheek to assume that their Home Brand dry dog food would be acceptable. In future, when I order a name brand dry dog food from Coles online I will make sure that I don't tick the exchange box. When my next order is delivered next Wednesday I will ensure these 2 bags are sent away with him.

Terrible – overall i would say that the coles brand is very blunt,no nutrition in it and also has a very yucky smell,my dog isnt a fussy eater but when i attempted to give him these he refused to eat any of it not very expensive everything apart from the price

Terrible – now look i like coles, but based on my dogs reaction she did not like this product. dry dog food can be expensive but you need to buy it, so when i saw this less expensive item i thought i'd give it a go. i gave her the usual amount, shes a kelpie so they eat a bit, she had some left over and didn't go back and eat it. she had slept in the… Read more

loungeroom that night as she has a torn ligament, anyway i woke up to find she had spewed just these back up in a paste form, nothing else. this happened each time i gave her this. might be just her, but i think they may have been to rich or something...anyway i'll pay for the more expensive ones. cheap

Terrible – I supplement my dogs diet with other things so do not need a nutritionally balanced formula in dry food. This is poor quality and it became quite powdery halfway through the bag. The pieces were broken. The pack size was good and the prodcut was readily available. I would not recommend this as my dog refused to eat it even when mixed with other… Read more

things after a few meals. I also found that my dogs stomach was quite unsettled after a day or so with this food. Cheap, good size packs Everything. Bland taste, dog rejected it after a few meals from this.

Terrible – I would question the nutritional value of this product, although it is cheapish compared to some others you cna buy. I have two smaller dogs who won't touch it. Maybe big dogs will-we used to have a bigger dog who would wolf anything down so fast I doubt he tasted it. But if you have a small to medium, fussy dog, give this a miss. I had to throw… Read more

it out. I was going to say cheaper than the expensive named brands, but it is not really cheap if you have to throw it out, is it! The fact that my 2 dogs won't eat it, my cat won't touch it either and it looks a bit powdery too, I am not sure how good quality it is.

Terrible – Looks like it is made of cardboard. My dog wont eat it, it smells awful and must taste the same. Has no nutritional value. Only plus is how cheap it is. Everything.
