Traditional butchery, in a totally modern presentation – This is not a Butchers in what you might think in the traditional sense, whilst they do clean, trim, cut and present fresh meat in a stunning way. It’s more an exhibit or meat showcase and what great styling and wonderful presentation, can make all the difference to knowing you really are getting the very best and freshest beef, pork, lamb and chicken. With their sausages being truly a taste sensation. I bought one of each to try them but forgot what was what, but I loved them all so I just get what I think looks good at the time now.

The team are showcasing their talent in butcher artistry and prepare and cut the meat where you can see them, they will also make a trim or cut to your requirements. They are well presented and very cheerful and helpful. A delight always to come out of Coles after getting the essentials and turning left to my favorite Butcher.
