Horrible mattress – Worst mattress ever! Was supposed to be plush but it hard as a rock 6 months later! The store we bought it from wanted us to pay $200 to get it checked (we already paid close to 2k for the mattress) if we knew this is the mattress we would receive I would of never of got it in the first place! was very supportive while not being overly hot like so many cheap mattresses are. It really seemed to be a well priced quality product but unfortunately, started to sag after five years. The timing was shocking. We were facing a three year pandemic and for anyone living in Melbourne would know, restricted to a maximum of 5km travel. For two years, addressing the problem regarding the mattress was placed on the back burner. In 2023, we revisited Bevmarks and explained the situation regarding the mattress and was told it was covered by ten year Warranty and we'd have to take photo's showing the degree of sagging was greater than the expected tolerance. Our photo's showed far greater collapse and thus was placed as a Warranty claim. Bevmarks followed up on the claim and we were contacted by Comfort Sleep Bedding for the item to be picked up and repaired under warranty. I was also told by Comfort Sleep Bedding a pickup and delivery fee of $160 would apply. I instantly thought this was a little steep but, the mattress was being repaired so accepted these conditions. The item was picked up promptly and returned within one working day which was fantastic. I was very impressed with the hassle free response and the fact that Comfort Sleep Bedding had honoured their Warranty. The first time laying on the repaired mattress confirmed it was once again very supportive but then, after three hours realised we were sleeping really hot. This review is four days later. I'm sitting here at 4:18am, with fibromyalgia and RA which requires a stable sleepiing temperature and can't sleep on the repaired Mattress due to it retaining heat.

I'd like to post an update to the above review. Thankyou to Comfort Sleep for contacting me and offering a solution to our dilemma and for going the extra mile in regards to honouring their Warranty. Much appreciated!

Bought a new mattress after 10 years and honestly have already noticed back problems going away – Since I got this mattress I have noticed my back issues of sleeping have gone away I sleep much better in that the quality of my sleep is amazing and I find I can also sleep for longer if I need to I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is going to be buying another mattress either for themselves or for someone else. Show details ·  1

Wonderful mattress – We've had this mattress for a year and a few months now and we're delighted with it. I was afraid the plush model my partner wanted would be unsupportive on my back (which tends to hurt on a saggy mattress) but it's really comfortable. on a mattress, but this one was affordable and is holding up perfectly so far. Whenever I go away and sleep on another mattress, I find myself longing for this one. Very nice to come home to!

Excellent replacement for old mattress – Comfort is very good and very supportive for my bad back. Is supportive for my back issues and sleep quality has improved. No issues with recurring neck soreness has been very comfortable. Show details ·  1
