personal loan department just to talk to another rude and un informative staff. I ended up successfully got a loan I wanted somewhere else a few days later.

A 350% increase is ridiculous – My business loan service fee went from $10 per month to $35 per month. The Commonwealth Bank stated they received multiple complaints about this yet they did nothing. I would not recommend the Commonwealth Bank.

Cut off my business account – They called once to update my contact details for KYC reasons. I was on a Zoom call and asked them to call back. A month later and I log into my account to find my business account simply missing. I sat on hold for 55 mins for them to confirm my details and reinstate the account.

its still not opened. The staff are nice enough in regards to Customer Service but it is pointless if the end result is frustrating.

They have Cancelled my Business Account without my concern and I can't pay my staff – Today, Thursday 12/10 I was approving my company payroll and for my surprise my bank accounts related to my business was blocked and disappear from my Netbank. communication !!!! Should you guys send me a letter or give me a call or a simple message on the app will do it, but no I have to find out myself. That's fine from tomorrow on I will be looking to a different bank to take CARE of my business and consequently my personal accounts.

Smart Mini app is absolute rubbish. Unable to send receipts, fingerprint does not work, no history of transactions. It looks like something a pre-schooler would have built. The app does not allow processing of transactions without the card which is useless as many of my clients need to pay over the phone. The whole situation is an absolute embarrassment for a bank to be offering such a pathetic offerring. I am currently a SQUARE user and, if this is the best that Commbank can offer, there is absolutely no competition. I am just grateful that I did not have to pay for the readers as they will be going straight in the rubbish. I will just put the last month I have spent dealing with this organisation behind me and find a bank that offers a viable solution and cares about its customers.
