She is straight forward and blindingly honest with none of the fluffing around that my previous brokers would do just to get the business. She has a personal touch, and willingly works around the client, even demanding and impossible ones such as myself. Would strongly recommend to avail of her services before she eventually retires.

This time around, I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Karishma, from their Admin team. Most the NPFs backend team are efficient at what they do, but few have the passion to excel and so you tend to forget their names pretty soon. Karishma's experience and service levels are on a standard so high, you'd wish you had that level of talent and passion in your own team. Aside from her extremely pleasant and courteous nature, she is one of those rare gems that tiredly works behind the scenes to make everything possible without getting any of the recognition that is truly deserved. Her administrative execution was prompt, flawless, and relentless. If you are fortunate to get assigned Karishma, your loan contract execution will truly be a breeze to get through.
