Quite a disappointing experience
Enquired online to speak to someone. A Chris called me (I think that was his name, he mumbled a lot). Seemed extremely uninterested in helping and sounded like he just wanted to end the call as soon as possible. Won’t bother, seems like it’s too much

PROFIT BEFORE CUSTOMER
Had a line of credit for more than a year, was paying the weekly payment throughout, no problems, they are happy, even offered me more loan. Ok now my income has changed, asked them to please change to monthly repayments, same total amount as of weekly payment. No, they won't do it because contract was signed for weekly repayment. Every other loan I had agreed and changed my repayment to monthly. Shift won't do that. They will take late payment fee, interest on late interest repayment. Lack of communication amongst them. You speak with one age
... Read morent another call and said they have not had any communication what's soever with you. Save yourself and go for a company who will accommodate you when your conditions changes. Those who really understand the meaning of customer service.

Amy from Shift really looked after us even paying out an old loan with excessively high interest. She then explained to us in simple language how our new Business overdraft with Shift would work. Even the application process was quick and easy. We are very happy Amy helped us to fund our Xmas stock needs.

Where are all these cheap payday lenders coming from? Every second Facebook is from one of these Jackals.
First person I dealt with was the "flash harry" Mr Nice Guy. This was then followed up by a serious run of errors that was almost comical. It may be naive of me but I though there was some sort of banking regulator that monitored these sort of operators.
Then came the smug little Miss who's ego seemed to be a little out of whack with her ability.
If this is the current state of Australia then a simple little pandemic is the last of our worries.

Great service by Emilio Kang at Shift
I rang up and spoke to Emilio about the shift facility that I have been using over the last 12-24 months which has been convenient. Emilio was great he suggested some changes on the facility that would make it more convenient for my business.
I highly recommend Emilio, really easy to deal with and did what he said he would and followed when he said he would.
