I requested a payout figure on 14 july and asked for my account to be closed I paid the pay out figure on 17th july and the. After on 27th i got charged almost 500$ account fee because my account didn’t close !! Thieves!!!

Responded to my needs positively and quickly – At a time when cash flow is challenging small business that are otherwise profitable, lenders need to be versatile, responsive and act quickly. Guys stay away from this mob – Our business had unsecured loans and trade facility for over 6 years and paid them high interest rate and prompt weekly payments. When one or two payments bounced (paid back promptly next week) they started giving issues. They wanted to review our bank accounts and business. Then they have questions that too for a small borrowing and put a hold on our account? Its a shame we are treated like this

Very disappointing – Had a trade facility with Shift for over 2.5 years, paid thousands of dollars worth of invoices through the facility. Have not used the facility in several months, full credit applicable. Called to ask them why this had happened and it was due to a ‘review’ (apparently they can do this randomly and whenever the choose) of our linked bank account - they’d seen a ‘reversal’ of funds and that was enough for them to decide we weren’t eligible for the current limit on our trade account. I explained the ‘reversal’ was actually the fault of the creditor and had been swiftly amended and completed the following day. The guy I spoke to couldn’t have cared less about our business or the fact they were going to lose us as a client because of this. I would not recommend this company or their trade facility to anyone. The irony is we got the facility when we were just beginning in business, received credit limit increases because of our good history etc - business is booming and we are in a much better financial position than we were when we started, so it makes absolutely no sense. But they’ve just lost a very good client !

Absoulete Sham – How dare they review bank accounts not related to the application. Its dodgy operators like this that give other operators a bad name. I can not believe that they have reviewed accounts not related to the application without my consent and will be filing a complaint with the financial ombudsman

Quite a disappointing experience – Enquired online to speak to someone. A Chris called me (I think that was his name, he mumbled a lot). Seemed extremely uninterested in helping and sounded like he just wanted to end the call as soon as possible. Won’t bother, seems like it’s too much

PROFIT BEFORE CUSTOMER – Had a line of credit for more than a year, was paying the weekly payment throughout, no problems, they are happy, even offered me more loan. I had agreed and changed my repayment to monthly. Shift won't do that. They will take late payment fee, interest on late interest repayment. Lack of communication amongst them. You speak with one agent another call and said they have not had any communication what's soever with you. Save yourself and go for a company who will accommodate you when your conditions changes. Those who really understand the meaning of customer service.
