We have a COMP830LI with the error E8. The unit is level, but the error is still there. Can this be reset?

I have a companion water heater and the E8 message (tilt) is coming on. Is there any way to reset this. ie is there a reset button anywhere. Heater is no good without it. Paul W

Hi, I had to replace my cigarette lighter socket on my ac power cord to my aqua cube hotwater system.The electcian who done the job for me was not sure if the white wire is + and the black wire is negative. Could you please help. Thank you Michael.

Hi, I have gotten a aqua cube off my parents. Its throwing code E7 which seems to be a water over heat error and the lithium battery wont hold charge. Does anyone know of a battery replacement?

Can the tilt switch be turned off manually as mine wont reset by tuning machine off then back on

I did try that, thought it may not operate whilst not powered. Still no luck. I ended up purchasing a new head online from camplux . Took me ages to find a head with the on off. Works great, cost $34.. most are universal plumbing fittings.

I have found out this means Tilt meter reading That is the unit has moved sideways overbalanced I’ve been trying to find out if can be reset as the E8 error won’t turn off

Take the battery out of the shower and do an internet search for the type of battery. Don’t forget to write the battery info down in your owners manual for future use.

Its not a standard Battery. You can't get from Battery World ETC. Has to come directly from the Importer. I have had Ranger Camping trying to source one for over 4months. Still waiting!!!

if the rear housing on the aquacube is made of acronitrile butadine styrene why would the rear base of the housing suffer catastrophic heat damage to the point of oils secreting from the plastic melting and cracking of the casing around each corner footing when it is supposed to have enough ventilation to exhaust the heat away from the unit
