I was hassled by AI to have a phone call with Comparify today .. even though I told the bot I was working .. it kept hassling until I said okay. Then the ‘broker’ called and got on his high horse because I wanted to see the so ‘quotes’ rather than hear them. I was told that was not how they work . Excellent customer service – Karl helped my wife and I get an excellent private health insurance policy today. Very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining. Patiently answered all my queries. Very professional and at no time did I feel like I was being pressured to make a decision. He is by far the best private health insurance consultant I have ever dealt with.
