Choosi

Looks bad for Choosi which is currently in the Federal court of Australia facing ASIC charged with misleading consumers by only quoting insurance from companies / brands owned by its own owner. ASIC is alleging Hannover paid Choosi about $61 million in commissions since 2019 to solely advertise products from its company on the comparison website.

Spam and Harrassment! – I used the website to look into a product. They've called me 7 times in 2 days.. from a QLD and a NSW phone. Even if I was interested, I am not now.

Harassment – I was so harassed by one of the Choosi employee's yesterday. I even told him I felt very overwhelmed and he still kept harassing me to take out a new Funeral Policy. I told him to STOP and nope he still kept going. Then he told me he was going to call me back. Even after I said NO to him

dont apply if you’re pregnant – Seems like their underwriters won’t insure someone who is pregnant and has a history of a mental health issue (Eg anxiety), even if the issue has long been completely under control. They won’t ask to see medical opinions either. And they won’t offer a mental health exclusion.

To speedy responding – Very fast getting in touch with me. I was still on line looking at my options when I received a call. I didn’t have time to check the information and felt bombarded. I would have preferred time look at the different products. The bottom line is that I most likely would have made the same decision, but I was overwhelmed with all the information without time to think and felt pressured. Show 3 replies

Could be better - listen up UX designers – This site could be better. The form was fine, but it would be good to see what is available as I go and as I answer questions, options disappear until I'm left with my final few. Excellent !!!! – I have pet insurance with the XXXXX. and a monthly deduction of $72. I decided to get another quote and Choosi came up with multiple options including the XXXX. policies. PS. you can work out who the insurer is by getting a quote for a small dog. It's the only one for $22 a fortnight.

Easy to use and the ability to choose which one suits your puppy – Easy to use the Choose online platform. Gives you the ability to choose which one suits your puppy best. Funeral Insurance – We have changed Funeral Insurance companies, after changes by our previous company, which were not good business practices. Choosi looked at different policies and had figures and all details clear and precise for our review.
