A very pleasant and non pressure experience and saved us $100 a month for a cover with better rebates for extras and also included more services in our extras. choose? How to choose? Googling, I came across Compare Health Insurance. Impressed with what I read, I left my contact details and received a call from Health Insurance Advisor Nathan Webb. Through the entire call, one that lasted almost 30 minutes, Nathan was very helpful, giving me detailed information about their services, searching and finding a provider that would provide the same cover I already had but at a cheaper premium (and the new provider also offered more than my original), organising the transfer of my insurance to the new provider. Nathan was both friendly and efficient when assisting me during the call. I value service most of all, and it's great service that I got from Nathan. So if you're looking for comparisons in health insurance providers and feel a little lost (easy to feel that way when it comes to insurance), I recommend Compare Health Insurance. a clear understanding of what can be a very complex and confusing experience . She managed to break it down and show me exactly what I needed and also show me what I didn’t need. All this lead to me having confidence in knowing what health insurance to take and to be comfortable in knowing that I now have a good insurance in place for myself and my family. which I was fine with. Asked me a bunch of questions about what I was looking for in a healthcare fund which I answered. Asked for my Medicare number which I thought was strange. I asked if it was necessary to provide and they said yes. Also took down the exact expiry date of my Medicare card and asked for my exact birth date. Gave me a quote that was a little higher than I expected. I asked which insurance company this quote was under and they said "various companies". I asked for other options and they said there are cheaper ones but didn't go into more detail. Their website advertises this as "a free service with no strings attached". I told them I was not immediately prepared to commit to a quote and wanted to know about other options. Was told "you don't seem to know what you want" and was then told to contact them again once I "knew what I wanted". Caller said goodbye before the call suddenly ended. I was left feeling like I had wasted their time even though they had contacted me initially and asked me to reschedule a call. I thought this service would be helpful but now I am under the impression they only provide assistance if YOU help them meet a quota. Contemplated after the call that I may have been scammed for my Medicare details. Have reported this website to the ACCC just in case.

into the information and compare details against my cover. Whilst the limits and rebates on HBF cover didn't make much difference but my monthly contributions for similar cover with HBF reduced my monthly contributions from $100 pm to $ 77 pm. Based on that I decided to make a change over plus Choice also recommended HBF for my State, South Australia. Ash helped me to make this change over over the phone which was very quick and smooth. I would recommend people who are either shopping around for Health cover or looking for a change to contact compare Health Insurance to help resolve their enquiries satisfactorily save you money in the process.

Very lovely customer service, answered the many many questions I had with great patience. Also, very helpful in helping me compare the prices and coverage between the health insurance companies I was interested in.

I was so stressed out because I couldn't afford my previous insurance was asking too much that was leaving me in debt. I got a phone call from Nickolas, he was great after I shed some tears of sadness then of happiness because he was able to find exactly what I need and I can comfortably afford and I get a refund for what I've paid which is great thankyou Nickolas. My experience with dealing with Compare Health Insurance was first class. The person I spoke with solved my problem so efficiently and pleasantly, finding me a more suitable health insurance policy. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Didn't get what was sold – Oversold the product. Insurance cover received was not what was promised on the call

Unsolicited phone calls after "online" quote request – Terrible website! promises quick online quote, then instead I get unsolicited phone calls. I don't want to talk, I just want the quote. They kept trying to call despite me telling them via email not to call. Awful service. Just show me the quote online or email it to me. No need at all to keep calling.

Odessa was excellent his service and knowledge, he was not pushy or a typical sales person. He took the time to explain the package and options and to answer all of our questions. Very happy with his service.

The change over was so easy. Richard was patient, explained everything clearly and asked questions to help me attain what I needed and more. Never pushed me to change over (hate that) but did tell me how I could save and afford the new medical insurance. He did all banking changes , cancelling old policy, leaving with nothing to do.
