Our original time/date for our sign-up call was supposed to be on Monday of next week, but I received some necessary information from my dentist today, and with that information he was able to do the call today, instead! calls and the agents get hacked off because they aint selling. I found Fair Health Care Alliance do not operate in that manner. I had heard of them through my dental surgery and followed up making contact on line as I wanted to know if I could improve on my Health insurance. The Sales advisor, Aiden, discussed how I should be looking at making a Policy work for me and went through all the aspects that go into making the policy. Much of what he told I had been previously unaware of. On conclusion of this, Aiden then suggested a Policy which he thought would be suitable. He went through the policy with me to ensure it was suitable and I understood it. No hard selling, just an honest appraisal of the product. I found Fair Health Care Alliance to be an excellent organisation to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others who are not satisfied with their private health insurance provider.

Jennie took both of us through the options in detail, very clearly explained the benefits of various providers and looked at the best options for not only better value cover, but for the best local providers who are able to provide the best services for dental, optical and medical issues that we may face in the future. I could not recommend the service we received more highly, very happy with the outcome and thanks to Jennie for her comprehensive knowledge of these systems that are not easy to navigate on our own.

Consultant was rude and kept pushing me to make a decision immediately so he could earn his commission, then complained I had wasted his time when I asked him to email the details. Total fail. How does this company have such good reviews?!

I was promised a smooth transition from my old health fund to my new one???but this didn't occur!!!!!!!!!!

I was sold a policy through Fair Health Care which turned out to be far short of what I thought I had purchased. I have now cancelled the policy and gone direct to another insurance provider to get the coverage I want. I feel I was misled and have been unable to access the initial quote that I was provided. Not happy with this company and feel that I lost thousands for literally no cover.

I was referred to Fair Health Care Alliance by my dentist as MBP was paying miserable returns if we saw a non-prefered (not owned by) MBP provider.
