We have all been there.......You see an advert for Health Insurance which claims to be able to get you Health Insurance for $21 a week. calls and the agents get hacked off because they aint selling. I found Fair Health Care Alliance do not operate in that manner. I had heard of them through my dental surgery and followed up making contact on line as I wanted to know if I could improve on my Health insurance. The Sales advisor, Aiden, discussed how I should be looking at making a Policy work for me and went through all the aspects that go into making the policy. Much of what he told I had been previously unaware of. On conclusion of this, Aiden then suggested a Policy which he thought would be suitable. He went through the policy with me to ensure it was suitable and I understood it. No hard selling, just an honest appraisal of the product. I found Fair Health Care Alliance to be an excellent organisation to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others who are not satisfied with their private health insurance provider.

Jennie took both of us through the options in detail, very clearly explained the benefits of various providers and looked at the best options for not only better value cover, but for the best local providers who are able to provide the best services for dental, optical and medical issues that we may face in the future. If unsure about choice of health fund,I can recommend Fair Health Care Alliance. Their agent, Joseph, addressed a number of issues re better cover (Eg in patient medication, pathology and radiology charges)And some better rebates. He spoke with clarity and knowledge and has undertaken to effect the change to the selected health fund.

very good and patient at responding to my concerns and reiterating the details included in the recommended hospital and extras policy. The service he provided was very professional, and I appreciated Fair Health organising the transfer from my current fund to the new one, as well as Joseph's offer for me to follow up with him if I had any questions.

It was all explained to me, so that I could understand clearly what I was getting. He gave me 2 options, to spend a lot less monthly ($450 instead of $502) but get much the same cover or to spend a little less than I am spending ($495 instead of $502) but get better extras. He assured me the changeover process should be smooth.

Absolutely wonderful service. Evaluated the various options and when through the pros and cons with me. Seamless transition from my current fund to the new chosen fund. I have attempted to negotiate this process previously on my own and gave up frustrated, not knowing which way to go.
